Ryan at J&K was great to deal with. We had hail damage, and thanks to J&K and Ryan, our insurance company agreed to pay for an entirely new roof and other aspects related to the damage. There were some items which our insurance company did not wish to pay for, however, Ryan fought for us, and the company agreed to pay. I would highly recommend J & K, and do not hesitate to call Ryan for estimates, or his expert opinion.Another complication is that I am out of town and completely relied upon Ryan to “hold my hand” through the process. No one better!

They got the job done quickly and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they'd been there, except for the brand new roof! Just wanted to share my experience with j&k roofingWe shopped around for roofing contractors to replace it after our neighborhood got hail damageWe look into JK Better Business Bureau and Google reviews. They have good reviews so me and wife agreed to used themnow. Everything was fine until we signed the contract meaning customers service and the coordinator was not communicating with email and text messages about ween is the roof going to be replaced 6 months we waited without any Communication finely they installed the new roof came in mornings and left in the same day evening before we were home now we didn’t know if the job done no one from the company call to said or email saying that they are done with the roof project my wife call next day to ask if they coming back to finish office said that the job is done I just don’t understand how come company like j&k don’t call to talk to you when the job is done the only time they are calling is when they want moneyNow if you are looking for roofing company that give you respect and Customer Service because you are paying a lot of money Maybe you should shop around before you sign contract

We had multiple areas of damage to our home from a hail storm. We were returning customers to J&K for our roofing needs. When it came to the window replacement portion of this project to say the service was subpar is being generous.Poor communications and a no call no show appointment made us wish we had gone with a different company. The rescheduled install date finally happened but with additional delays and no calls to update us.When the window inspection was done from the city, we were told that it was missing a stopper part for the window. I spoke with two different people about the part, and was told that it would be mailed to us if not delivered. The missing part never happened and we were so fed up at that point that we decided we would figure out the part on our own.Overall, the only bright spot was our project manager, Danny. He worked with us on the roofing portion and he did an excellent job.I can only recommend J&K for roofing work. Save your sanity and go elsewhere if you need anything beyond a roof!

J & K Roofing did a superb job on replacing my roof and gutters from the damage a hailstorm did last summer. They also dealt with contractors who took down my solar panels before the roof was replaced, and put them back up once the roof was done. They also had contractors replace the gate to my back yard, replaced vinyl siding on the front of the house, and replaced the garage, aii for what the insurance company had awarded us. An excellent job all around. I think a five star rating isn't adequate to describe the job they did. Six stars!

This company replaced our old shingle roof for a steel one after a bad hailstorm about 20 years ago. Later they repaired a small roof leak showing up as a couple discolored spots in our family room for free, a big surprise.When I called J&K still had our information.Recently after a hail storm we needed 4 new skylights plus a few repairs to the roof. It was done quickly considering the skylights had to be ordered.I have no hesitation recommending J&K Roofing.

Good quality and very easy to work with. We needed a full roof replacement as well as some window work due to a storm. Jamie and the rest of the team communicated with us throughout the very long process of working with our insurance and made it relatively stress free for us. They also work with you on payments to ensure you aren't out of pocket a bunch before getting insurance claim checks. Would certainly work with them again, though I hope I don't have to!

My name is Xiaoyu Li, I am a retired Electronics Engineer.After we finished the stucco around our house, my wife was really interested in the Stone coated metal tile roof. The reason we picked up J & K to be one of the candidates, was because we looked at a similar job they did nearby, and got a very good recommendation from the owner.We have 35 solar panels on our two story house. Due to the solar installer preferring shingles under the solar panels, the roof had to involve three different sections: tiles, shingles and flat (on top of the sun room. Dylan (a project manager from J & K) is an excellent manager. His professional quoting was very detailed and much better than other competitors. He listened to my requests carefully and responded quickly. Our roofing job was finished on time, even during the material shortage. Dylan was on the site everyday making sure of the job quality. They did extra work to make the tiles and the shingles seamless. My wife is very happy with the outlook.Service: Roof installation

Came out when my insurance adjuster did and pointed out issues that needed to be done. Communication with my J&K team member was okay, however when I was told I would get a call from the gutter team that never happened. When the new roof was installed they covered my new deck but picked up all their tarps before it was completed so there was a mess, they did not clean it up completely creating about three hours of work for me. When it was time for the guttering to be installed that was delayed by a week without letting me know, and then when they showed up they didn’t have the proper color of downspouts. This was my second time having J&K replace my roof.

We had a wonderful experience with J&K roofing! They replaced and repaired some roof tiles that were cracked and missing due the hail storm and not only were they extremely reasonable price wise, their service repair person Elliot and Noah were both amazing! They finished the job quickly and even blew some leaves off my roof to help out with the gutters. Other roofing companies tried to sell me on a new roof which was totally unacceptable and not even needed . I highly recommend these guys !Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

So I actually have had bad experiences with roofers previous to J&K. So I kind of came into using them for my roof a little hesitant. Well, Tim and J&K roofing absolutely changed my bad view of roofing companies. He explained everything in detail and was very upfront on pricing and what to expect. Ryan Kane was very helpful throughout the entire process of replacing our roof after major hail storm damage in late 2023. J&K worked directly with my insurance company again making the process simple.County inspector signed off with no qualifications once work was completed.Would use them in the future should the need arise.
