SIMPLY THE BEST!!!These guys are, by far, the best exterior company I've ever worked with. My initial meeting with Tucker Norman gave me all the info I needed and even included getting the claim started with my insurance. The roofing prep meeting with Michael Gross was actually FUN, as well as informative and comprehensive.They did my entire huge roof in a day, and the workmanship is outstanding. Tucker and Michael have followed the work through every step, and are currently getting my exterior paint and fence replacement lined up. I also like the fact that they're based in Golden, so they know the ropes here in Colorado and they're not going to disappear overnight like some others I've dealt with.If you're looking for expert professionals who do outstanding work and are a pleasure to deal with, you're looking for PRQ!

PRQ did it again. This is the 2nd roof we needed from major hail storms and PRQ replaced them both. I thought they were good the first time when the company was much smaller. This past summer Jarred Clark inspected our home and made it so easy for State Farm to provide the estimate and payments. Jarred was most professional and helped with all my questions. I was then contacted by Michael Gross, our project manager. Michael reviewed the documents and gave us a list of things to do in order to prep our house for construction day. He kept us informed every two weeks with updates on our constructions date. The installation crew went above and beyond with installation and clean up. They had the city inspector out within 2 days. The inspector told me the majority of houses in the area weren't passing but ours was expertly done right, down to the details. Thank you PRQ. You sure do have the total process nailed down. Neighbors commented on how great it all looks.

We had many sales reps come to our door to look at our roof for hail damage after a pretty severe storm. We finally gave in to about the 6th person that knocked (mainly because it was a weekend during the day and not the evening of a weeknight), and I'm happy we did. PRQ was extremely efficient and timely with getting our roof replaced. Dan A was kind and ensured the process would be easy and that they'd help us along the way. He was right, Michael G was very helpful and great at communicating with us about project and insurance updates. We are busy family with little kids and full time jobs, and they really assisted with the process along the way - making it simple for someone like us. I am a business owner in the Home Improvement Business, giving this company my highest recommendation. Unfortunately, being a native of Colorado, hail is a way of life, and with that comes the storm chasers and a lot of overpromising with roofing companies.PRQ Exteriors is the exception to the rule and has been professional since they knocked on my door. I had dealt with seven other roofers and was over the process when Dan A. showed up and asked if he could look at my roof. I told him I was over the process and did not have a high opinion of the industry. Dan asked if he could have the opportunity to inspect my roof to see if there were any repairs or a total replacement. He took photos and did a comprehensive inspection of the roof, showed me the exact issues that I was facing, and it would be a complete replacement that my insurance would cover.I stated I had heard it all before, and the companies had yet to follow up. Dan asked me to call my insurance company at 7 pm when he had finished his inspection, and he walked me through the entire claim with the insurance rep. He produced a claim and took over from there. I did nothing after this point. Dan met with the adjuster and showed him the paint damage and a few damaged windows.I received a Large check 5 days later, and then Justin came out to do the accurate take-off of the roof and all items I would need. Dan provided me with all the information for my HOA, and Justin and Dan had everything approved in 2 days.The installation process was AMAZING. The team notified me every step of the way what I should expect. They began at 7 am, cleaned up, and finished by 5 pm the same day. The crew cleaned up so well I would never have known my roof was replaced.Justin followed up with me a few days later, and we went over everything, and he showed me photos of the scope of work they had completed. Then we walked around the property and looked for any debris, but there was none!I asked Justin to call his boss Kevin as I needed to paint the house, and PRQ had some of the painter's funds. Kevin worked it out, and I received that money in an expedited manner, which I appreciated!I spent the time writing this as a homeowner; you need a trusted roofing company to manage your money and complete the scope of work you hired them to perform. PRQ Exteriors is that company. Benjamin ask to take a look at roof since there had been some hail that had happen a few months ago I told didn’t think that my roof got hit that bad he showed me pictures of one of my neighbors roof that had gotten damage he thought that my roof might be the he said if there is nothing to report he would let me know. He took a look at the roof and said that there was nothing significant to report that would warrant me to have the roof replaced. There was some cosmetic things around the house but nothing that needed to be address right away. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty.Chris

PRQ gutters approached me after a recent hail storm and offered to inspect my roof for damage. They assisted with the insurance claim and sent their own assessor to review the roof with the insurance appraiser. While there was damage to some fixtures on the house (Gutters, etc), the roof was fine and did not need to be replaced.The entire PRQ staff were a pleasure to deal with. They explained things in plain english, were friendly and respectful and did not feel “pushy”.I highly recommend PRQ.

When I noticed a leak in our garage on the day after the May 9 2023 hailstorm, I asked a friend, and she gave me Jarred’s number from PRQ Exteriors. Jarred has been the point of contact most of the time from that point on. Everyone at PRQ has been very patient, responsive, and professional. As a science teacher, I tend to ask questions in the field that I know little about. Jarred is great to work with, always answers questions in a timely manner. Justin was the guy to meet with the adjuster, he patiently waited in his vehicle in the mid-July heat when the adjuster was 1.5 hours late due to traffic. Shane was so patient with all my stupid questions about the products, options, upgrades, etc. Megan is very accommodating to my schedule when I contacted her for questions and she's pleasant to work with. While we were already under contract for a new roof, he was super nice and actually noticed a dead bird on the roof right above our front door. Megan was a great help in finishing our roof. Unfortunately, we live in times where good people stretch the truth and tell us what we want to hear. Two other directors overlooked our project--and Megan was the one who told us the truth. There was a limit of services that PRQ delivered. I would encourage all your directors to be honest and not make promises they can't keep.
