Where to start… We had a leaking appliance that required our entire hardwood floor to be replaced. During this process there was very scant information given to us answers to our questions were very murky and unclear. Fast forward to about 2-3 months afterwards and our hardwood floor is popping up 7-8 inches. My wife called them and they never responded to her phone call/voice mail. I’d be happy to change this review of at some point they contact me, until then I will spread our experience to this point anywhere I can.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

After experiencing a fire at my home, I was at a complete loss on what to do and where to start. Faith Construction came to the rescue guiding me through the insurance claim process, making sure I was well informed regarding fire investigation process. Since my insurer was pushing me around a bit, they helped me understand Colorado laws governing the rights of the insured so I was able to push back.Since my home is 82 years old, lead paint testing came back positive. They expertly handled the intricacies of remediation with my insurer and followed all the safety protocols required by the State, EPA and OSHA.They really went above and beyond my expectations when they dug deep and found a supplier for my unique cedar siding which is no longer an item in mass production. Their research saved me from having to select from alternative siding products of significantly poorer quality and lifetime.When I expressed a desire to add blown in insulation and change the way a door swung, it was no problem. They were careful to explain that these changes would be out of pocket expenses to me and gave me pricing so I could budget easily.Their employees were polite, extremely skilled, made sure my pets remained safe and cleaned up every day!I'm so grateful for every effort made on my behalf to make a terrifying experience much less traumatizing and daunting. They're the only contractor I'll ever use or recommend!

Faith Construction was awesome on our project. Everyone that we encountered was super friendly and helpful. They cleaned up every night - it was done so well that my husband and I hadn’t realized how dirty our garage was before construction. Paul guided us through all of the zigs and zags the county put us through and even walked us through the code book. Nothing was adjusted on our project without us being well informed before hand. Paul did an amazing job keeping us in the loop with progress and issues that came up. I would use Faith Construction again in a heartbeat.

Called this group for a very small project. However, upon calling the man answering was very rude, short in conversation and makes you feel like your not important or worth his time. Abruptly, upon me introducing myself, he asked me "What do you want?" Wow! Great phone skills. You always can tell how a business is ran by the way they conduct themselves on a call.

When I had a flood at my house they were on it that night. They were professional and were able to help me through the insurance process. They had my home fully restored within a few weeks it's like the damage never happened.
