Maves Construction has recently completed an exterior renovation on our home in The Seasons at Tiara Rado. I could not be happier with the end results and the process of getting there! The need for the renovation was a result of extreme water damage from multiple sources. The solutions implemented have been completely successful, the damaged interiors entirely fixed, and the upgraded design of the exterior has given the house a fresh and wonderful appearance!My husband and I are so grateful to Craig Nelson who assisted us in figuring out each step of how our issues needed to be fixed, as well as the design of the overall project. His patience and diligence got us through the design process. Randy Henni then stepped in as the Superintendent. His attention to detail, management of subcontractors, communication with us for the duration, problem solving skills and follow through went above and beyond the norm. I also highly endorse the “Buildertrend” computer program that aided in the communication on this project. I am so appreciative of the Office Support staff for their assistance with billing and communication. Maves Construction provided a complete and professional quality experience for us. I highly recommend them for consideration of any remodel. Not recommended.Our experience with this company was extremely negative. We found them to be unprofessional, uncommunicative, and often unprepared for meetings. Ultimately, we terminated our build with Maves and hired a different contractor to build our home.They did complete a small side project for us. While the work was eventually completed to the correct specifications, it was another very frustrating experience. Maves told us that the project would be completed in three weeks, but it took nearly five months. During that time, there was minimal communication from the company and we had to repeatedly reach out for any sort of progress update.

We bought a home constructed by Maves and so far our experience has been terrible. The quality of their work is not good. They took 10 months to do a 30 day warranty walk through after contacting them multiple times. We just had our microwave go out not even 2 years into owning the brand new home and now we are finding out they didn't use the correct pipe for the venting and they just slapped a random size in there and used a ton of silicone around it and the repair man can't even get it out to fix it and the gas line they used on the stove is too short for anyone to pull the stove out to work on it. I'm sure we will continue to run into more issues the longer we live in this home.Service: New home construction

Very well built home, very nice inside and outside finishes.
