To set the scene, we got a white couch (risky to begin with), and not 48 hours into owning it our dog ended up with diarrhea and chose to let loose on said couch of all places.After calling around to a few different companies in town, Mr. Vac was the by far the best value (by a wide margin) and we got hot lucky and they were able to come day of. Scott M. was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He did an excellent job and explained things as he worked. He mentioned that pet stains such as the one we had can reappear when the spot dries. He told us to give him a call if that were the case, and he would come back out to hit it again to make sure it was taken care of. The stain did come back a couple days later (albeit faintly) and he was able to come back to treat it again for us. The stain remained gone completely after the second treatment.We felt like Mr. Vac really made us a priority, did a fantastic job, and genuinely care about their customers. We couldn’t imagine using any other company in the valley for the services that Mr. Vac offers.Bonus points for gifting the culprit a dust bunny.

The two guys were very good and gave detail information on how and what they were doing. The office should let the customers know ahead time that these guys need to get underneath or wherever the ducts are located inorder to get these cleaned out.Good job guys and thank you

I spilt a gallon of paint on my new carpet today, and I was distraught. The receptionist was so kind and he was able to send Scott over within half an hour and he made it look good as new as well and clean a few other spots while he was at it. I am so grateful for the amazing job and customer service I was provided.

Actual work performed by Scot on 3 area rugs, furniture, and mattresses was exceptional. The reason for the 3 instead of the 5, was the estimator (Sergio) when given the sizes of the rugs 8x10, 8x12, & 4x6, (the 4x6 actually was a 5x7) Sergio estimated them totally at 50sq ft. Since I was checking $$’s with other contractors, this was inexcusable, Scot the worker partially made up for it by excluding the smaller rug. Otherwise I would have rejected the job. Scot while at the location was shown a very scaly tile shower with mold which he priced then and did an outstanding job cleaning, Scot saved the job, & will be invited back in future, Sergio on the other hand should be given some math training.

I’ve know about what they do from their radio ads and seeing the trucks on the highway but always hoped I’d never have to know whether or not they were good at it until the morning we discovered a pipe spewing water in the crawl space beneath our bedroom.I knew the first thing we had to do was shut the water off and almost simultaneously I was texting Jay. He didn’t even read the whole text, just saw it was someone needing help. My phone rang before I could set it down and he said he’d have a crew out within 30 minutes.They were here as promised and within an hour had removed all the dripping wet insulation (and made it disappear) and had laid the magic carpet fans (or whatever all of that was), promising to return the next morning and the next morning and the next morning until the undercarriage of our home was perfectly dry. I have never been as impressed with the courtesy, promptness or professionalism of any home service.I will yell it from the rooftops, if you have water damage and want to be sure you’re getting the best possible mitigation, call Mr Vac. There cannot possibly be anyone better! I feel more comfortable as a home owner knowing they are here if we ever need them again.Services: Mold inspection, Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
