Kimberly was amazing and so friendly. Not only did she do all required of her to get rid of my pesky pests but she explained everything and I learned a lot about different bugs and what attracts them, etc. She even knocked down all of the old wasp nests from last year that I left because couldn't reach before she sprayed for the wasps now. They took 2 hours of their time to explain everything in detail to me. We have used pest control services for the last 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never ever received exceptional customer service as I have with Orkin. Both Ryan and Angel went above and beyond to help me with my pest concerns. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I purchased this home the first of the year I soon found to my dismay that it had a pest problem. Orkin has worked to clean up the nests in the structure. It is now clean. I no longer have insects. They also helped me with the wasp and hornet problem in the picket fence. I called to cancel my service and told the service rep that I didn’t want them spraying my house but they did anyways. She DID NOT listen and then gave me a poor excuse about how I was unable to cancel services but instead needed to reschedule my visit.

Amy was the technician and she was very friendly and professional. I have had a problem with spiders since I moved in (2017) but since my AC stopped working 2 wks ago I have sern spiders and mosquitos come in. She did an investigation inside and outside, and was very detailed in explaining and clarifying the pesticide she used. I was satisfied and pleased its safe for pets (I have a dog). I was very pleased with the initial service and very satisfied she gave me her card with her cell number if I had any future issues.

Everything was good. Only thing that pissed me off is the initial consolation they said they would call me and schedule the second spray that was crucial to be done in 10 days and I never recovered a call.
