From the first call after our flood until the wood trim was replaced and the carpet was cleaned and stretched-we received great customer service and quality work.Nicole and Sheila were very responsive when I called. The mitigation team came out the same evening- Curtis and Raul were great-easing my concerns regarding mold under our carpet.The reconstruction of the area was handled by Alex and Tyson. We recently had a severe water leak in our crawl space that caused extensive damage. When we called Restoration 1, they sent Brandson, who arrived in less than an hour. He had a very calming approach and he and his team were at work within a couple of hours. Tad, the owner, was also very personable and available for any and all questions as was Brandson. The Team was very respectful of us and our house. They worked closely with our insurance adjuster and had the mitigation completed in short order. Restoration 1 has a customer for life based on this experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Grand Valley area in need of the Services they provide.

First of all, I would like to report that this company was very professional in their approach to my situation. It was the most wonderful customer service experience I have had. One of their technicians came to my home, assess the situation immediately reduce my risk of harmful materials by spraying the area that was moldy. They understood my need to obtain other bids from other companies and were very comfortable with that. Once they were selected as my business of choice to perform the job, the technician Russell came to my home, began working on the issue immediately. The short story is a garbage disposal that was put in by a plumbing company who will remain nameless here, leaked and caused Mold to grow in my cabinet under my sink in the kitchen. Russell took the old cabinet out, sprayed the area very good and took the cabinet back to the shop, took the old doors off of the cabinet, which were not moldy and then put the old doors on a brand new sink base. he then proceeded to return to my home, install the cabinet and put everything back the way it was before he began the job. this particular project also required the removal of drywall and replacement of drywall, which he then painted. After that he installed the new sink base. he clean the area, spic and span. I have never had an experience like the experience I had with Restoration One at Western Colorado. It was the most wonderful and pleasant experience. and I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely use them again. Should the case arise for them to restore water damage or smoke damage. they know what they’re doing, and they do it in a very professional manner. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and capabilities. they completed the entire project in less than five days. Pretty remarkable when you think about it. these guys are the best and they have restored my faith in Colorado locally owned companies. as a sidenote, Russell, the technician was using a light to illuminate the area, and my wife who is blind, saw his light, and wanted to know where she could obtain one? Russell proceeded to explain where the light came from that he made it himself, and he was such a great person. He had a second light which he provided to Lisa. She will be using that light to illuminate areas that otherwise might be dark to her. I guess you could say he enlightened the blind.

I have a leak in my kitchen area that had produced mold. Without getting detailed about a different company that caused that I was nervous about reaching out. I contacted restoration one and the person on the phone was courteous prompt and listened to my issues. When we hired them, Russell team to do the restoration work. During the Holidays we had a kitchen fire that caused substantial smoke damage to the entire house. In the past I had used another remediation company in the valley for flood damage that was a disaster, poor project management and a big disappointment. Unlike the previous company Restoration 1 came within a few hours from another job to evaluate the damage. I was very impressed with Tadd's demeanor, professionalism and Staff. He was easy to talk to, a Great Listener and conveyed confidence knowing his business. I signed with Tadd that day. Photo's, testing and job preparation began the following day. During the remediation my wife and I stayed at a hotel. Restoration 1 always kept us in the loop of their progress and concerns as they progressed with the project. They were also very respectful and empathic with my wife's stage 4 cancer and really went beyond the call of duty to eliminate any kind of stress. I was very satisfied with the the completion of the project... It left NO Question and fulfilled both our expectations. We were very pleased with the quick service we received from Restoration 1 after heavy rain and irrigation back-up caused our yard and house to flood. They responded quickly with several staff members to get things under control, and then continued to monitor and adjust their services for several days after to get our house dry. They gave us updates and options along the way to tailor their services to our needs and budget. Never a fun situation to be in, but their help made it so much easier than we could have ever managed on our own and their equipment was powerful! I would not hesitate to call Restoration 1 again in the future! Tadd and his entire crew were wonderful to work with. I called them at 9:00 on a Saturday night for a water leak with damage from the attic to the crawl space and everywhere in between. He and his crew arrived quickly, they were all kind and courteous even though it was a late night weekend call, and they got to work right away. Everyone was easy to talk to, they listened and communicated the game plan back to me, they made me feel like my house was in good hands. The house took most of a week to dry out and during this time they worked with my renters and with me to keep me updated on progress. My experience working with Tadd Warner from restoration1 was top notch across the board. I just arrived to grand Junction for new job as a maintenance manager for a large facility and first item on my list was to address a mold issue. After reviewing several proposals Restoration1 offered exactly what we were looking for as far as fixing the problem now and preventing it later, they also had 3 year guarantee. The proposal was very detailed and professional. Restoration1 was able to work around our facility schedule and finished on time and left the job site very clean. In the last month or so i have worked with several different contractors and the like on many different projects big and small. Restoration one and all their people are really great. My entire bottom level was flooded this year and they helped us get back to normal in a timely manner. The leak was recognized close to midnight and as soon as we made the phone call they arranged for a response. By 2:00am I had a manager at the house, the major area of damage torn out and fans in place to stop any further damage. From there they helped go through the steps of filing a claim, something I had never done before, and they made it out to meet my adjustor! I hardly had to do anything throughout the process. Everything was documented professionally and finally they followed through on their estimate and did the entire rebuild all through their company. Restoration One is a solid company with good people.

I called Tad at Restoration 1 to assess the condition of my new homes crawl space. We set an appointment and he arrived promptly. I had just moved to Montrose, Colorado and the movers decided to not hook up my washer correctly. The ending result, on the first day of moving in to my new home, was a flood on the top floor of my home. The carpet was destroyed and the downstairs looked like a rainstorm was going on. The ceiling was leaking from multiple places and the light fixture had filled with water. I immediately called Restoration 1 and within 60 minutes Tad and Bill showed up at my home with a bunch of machines and got to work. Within hours the difference was night and day. Tadd and his employees were great to work with-in remodeling my bathroom l found mold behind the wall and a leaking area on an outside wall - my initial attempts to find some one to treat the mold were unsuccessful because they never responded to messages I left - getting on the internet l discoveredRestoration 1 - what a blessing- l could actually talk to someone on the phone (Tadd) - they came the next day inspected the mold situation and came the following day and sprayed it- I then had them comeback and investigate the leak -they found areas around my vents and skylights that needed repair-they came back on a Saturday in order to seal them off as quickly as possible. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service I received from this company - from their customer service to work performance
