Broke my windshield wiper, then gave me absolute hell when I tried to get them to come fix it. Made an appointment for 12-5 for the fix, but they decided to just send a tech out at 9am with no warning. I, of course, wasn't home because that wasn't my appointment time. The manager I spoke to was extremely rude about the whole thing and refused to actually take ownership of the fact that all of this got messed up. They also refused to give me any compensation for the fact that they broke my vehicle, caused me to miss a midterm, caused me to miss an oil change appointment, and forced me to lose a whole day chasing them around to get them to try and fix what they'd done wrong.Also, their phone tree is a NIGHTMARE. 9 times out of 10 it will just hang up on you and there is no way to just get directly to a person.If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not let the high reviews fool you. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, so if you're unlucky enough to not get good service the first time around, you're basically screwed.

Kind staff, with plenty of hot/ cold drinks available in the waiting area. A couple of adjustable wheeled desks made working remotely much more comfortable!Have been happy with service both at home and in shop. Will return for the next time!

The folks at Safelite Auto Glass are very good, courteous and efficient. Michelle at the counter saved me a bunch of cash by arranging payment through my insurance. Andrews the service tech brought my keys to me personally and was pleasant to talk to. Overall, my visit to Safelite Auto Glass was a great experience. Thanks

They did a great job. I had an 8:00 Am appointment and they started immediately. I waited and it took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work. I was expecting 3. Thanks Safelite for getting me on my way.

They claim they can recalibrate eyesight systems, however it seems they are unable to do any of the newer Subaru cars. Being a known issue I believe they should give you heads up that you will need to be working with the close by Subaru dealership so people can plan accordingly.

Jacob replaced my windshield in record time. He was very punctual, polite and professional. Michelle in the office could be Jacob’s twin, as she too is professional, polite and easy to establish a rapport with. The whole Safelite team is the best of the best!

The service was quick and the staff were courteous to me while I waited. There was a drink and snack section free to those who waited inside. The windows were replaced and all work as expected. The only thi g they didnt tell me was not to use the windows for 24 hours to allow the glue to cure. Aside from that I highly recommend them!

Safelite did such a nice job with my new windshield! They got me in and out in about an hour, maybe even less. They didn't add on any extra charges at the end, which I was so worried about. The nicest detail of all though, is they vacuumed my car floors! It was so thoughtful and much needed. 😁

I think the "receptionist" behind the counter might hate life more than any human I have ever met before in my life. The old bitty was rude, short, and not representative of the quality of actual service that was performed. Doesn't matter how good of work the service tech did, the customer experience was pathetic. It is crazy that would be who you want interacting with your clients. At least there are other places in GJ to get work done.

Worst experience ever. I had made my appointment online, gave all my information including my VIN number. I arrived 10mins early like the email said. I checked in, the lady behind the counter was extremely short and rude. I wait about 40mins before a someone comes out to tell me they ordered the wrong bracket for my windshield and that I would have to wait another week to get it installed. This person also stated the wrong year on my car. I left. This didn't really sit well with me so I called to make sure they had the correct info. When I called Jason answered the phone. Let me tell you he had the worst customer service. He was very demeaning, disrespectful, and acted like I was the problem for double checking to make sure everything would be correct the next time. At that point I asked to have the manager call me, Darrin. It has been well over 3 weeks and I have not gotten any calls. That tells me Jason didn't care nor did he bother to do his job. I would never recommend this place. I would highly recommend going to Novas glass. After the way I was treated, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct!

Will recommend safelite to all. Went to get my windshield replaced and upon arriving for my appointment they were ready to take my car back and told me it would be probably an hour wait but they actually got it done in less then 40 minutes. My new windshield looks great!

My initial review was a 1 star. After reaching out the staff was immediately helpful and ordered a OEM Toyota antenna. The original was unfortunately damaged during the install.I'm truly blown away by the speed at which this was handled and the professionalism. I strongly recommend this business for every glass repair. My only regret was my reaction to my antenna being damaged before I knew how they would handle the situation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very quick service. Was estimated to be up to 3 hours and took just over one hour. The receptionist was talkative and engaging and made the time in the waiting room fly by. Jason did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions as well as letting me know post repair what I needed to do and avoid.

Terrible staff, useless warranty. Support local business and don't use one of these faceless corporations.Update 11/8/23: A Wiser Auto Glass is a much, much better business to use. Better staff AND costs less than 50% of what safelite charges. DONT USE SAFELITE!

Set up windshield replacement online live an hour and a half away 15 minutes away from facility, I was called and told that they did not have the windshield and could not to do it for five days. Thankfully I was able to call a local windshield company and get it done.

After cancelling last minute twice, when they finally installed the windshield the tech didn’t reconnect the washer fluid pump. I was stuck with a $160 dollar bill from the dealership to reconnect it. Safelite agreed to reimburse me if I sent in my receipt. I did this over a month ago and am still waiting.

We were very pleased with the prompt response and ease of scheduling the work. The technician explained what he going to do and what the risks were. He was courteous and efficient. The repair was completed in no time. Highly recommend Safelite for any windshield repair.

Exceptional service, I came in stressed out fairly close to closing time and they jumped on the crack in my windshield and got it taken care of before closing time. I can’t remember the service guy that took care of me but I really appreciate it. The office manager was exceptionally nice to deal with too.

Horrid experience. We had our windshield replaced in Tucson and that was a fantastic experience. Back home in Grand Junction and we needed a chip repair and leak test done.The staff behind the desk was extremely unprofessional and bad tempered. The communication between and and the repair tech was poor as well. The experience was enough for us to drive back to Tucson if we need any further work complete.If you can help it, I’d stay away from this location.Hope this helps others out there.Good luck

A rock chipped my windshield and I called so I could just ask a couple questions. I went through the whole automated system and you can't talk to a person at all. It wanted me to schedule an appointment and know how I was paying. I just needed some simple answers. I then called my insurance company and they even told me they don't refer this company anymore due to the fact that customers can't talk to a real person on the phone. I called Gerber Collision and Glass and they answered all my questions and got me scheduled for the very next day. I will NEVER use this company for anything. It's pretty sad for you that even insurance companies are refusing to refer you to their clients because you decided to stop answering your phones.

Had my 2017 Armada windshield replaced by these guys 15 mo. ago. Had to call them back right away as the wipers were out of alignment. Then the mirror fell down a few days later and windshield scoffed and had to be buffed out every other day. Tech gave me a can of spray to keep. First day in the rain noticed the auto wipers would not work. Called numerous times and finally a so called manager called back and said it had to be the vehicle, he claimed he called Nissan and they told him it couldn't be the windshield replacement. He was arrogant and a smart aleck. Needless to say, Novus here replaced it last week and calibrated it for the auto wipers. Like new now. BE WARNED, DO NOT USE SAFELITE.

New windshield came in with a scratch on it, I lived with it for a few months, no big deal. I was under the impression that the windshield had a warranty and I could get it fixed, not a soul mentioned that manufacturers defects have to be reported with 30 days. Recently, I asked a tech to buff it out while he was fixing a chip and he created more scratches. They offer no resolution except to have me pay for a whole new windshield. I shouldn't have to pay for a whole new windshield when the one I did pay for came with a scratch it, and then was made worse by YOUR tech. I don't even want a whole new windshield, I just want them to fix the scratches that their tech put in it when trying to fix the original scratch. The manager was unwilling to even try anything else other than "I'll work with you on the cost for a new windshield." No, you misunderstand sir. I don't need you to "work with me." I can afford the new windshield, the point is that I shouldn't have to fork out another grand when all I need you to do is fix what you made worse. I will use the Glass Doctor from now on. Called Dom immediately after I hung up with Safelite and he said they would definitely try to fix it. Safelite was completely unwilling to do anything about it, which is total garbage. Strange how another shop is more willing to fix your mistakes than you are.

As always, safelight does a beautiful job replacing glass. They are so fast, even tho I have a very complicated calibration. Thanks guys!However, I cannot believe how rude the “customer advocate “ was to me. I called safelight to let them know I would be late on a general drop off, & they said that was fine.(we are dealing with premature twins…. Lots of stress & drama) the phone agents were so kind, not so the desk personal. This woman could barely acknowledge me, & “didn’t know” if or when my car would be ready. Again the tech who installed the windshield was fast, competent & kind, leaving a cheerful voice mail that my car was done. When I picked it up , Michele could hardly be bothered to acknowledge my presence, & when I told her I had to get back to the hospital, she snapped at me & told me to wait, that I was late anyway,. Just snarky & nasty. This after myself & my insurance spent over a K @ their company. Guess the customer is not always right at this particular safelight. Disappointing.
