We had the 18" Tubular Skylight installed to brighten up our living space. The installation was good and completed on time.We elected to go with the soft white Diffuser vs the Prismatic Diffuser. With the solar component, of the skylight, will qualify for the 30% Federal Tax Credit. It is a nice touch to brighten up our home. We plan to add another tubular skylight in the future.

David and Cimaron did a great job on our bathroom, replacing the shower and the floor. They were on time, got the job done in less than two full days, and I am thrilled with the result. They answered my questions, cleaned up, and just made the whole process an easy one. And if you believe that dogs are good judges of character, my two gave them a thumbs up! I would definitely recommend Tile Meister for any bathroom remodel you have.

I’ve been dealing with several different companies over the past 6+ months on home improvement type items and Tile Meister was by far the best experience out of any of them. They’re responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and have a reasonable lead time. And the installers were great - they worked with me on where I wanted the tubular skylight installed even though at first glance it didn’t seem like it would work out how I wanted. I highly recommend Tile Meister and would definitely use them again!

The Tile Meister installed a new shower for us in our master bathroom and a tile backsplash in the Kitchen. From the first visit from the estimator, Tony, I felt like this company was very professional and would do an excellent job for us. I have allergies to synthetic chemicals, and Tony went above and beyond with researching green products to use that would be safer for me. Through the process, my questions and phone calls were always responded to very promptly, so kudos to the office staff as well.Jack and Alex did an excellent job creating a gorgeous kitchen tile backsplash for us! Their expertise really shows and they were a pleasure to be around.Steve and Daniel installed our new shower and did a fantastic job. We went from a gross, worn out tiled shower to a beautiful solid surface custom shower with glass doors. They were also very kind and considerate throughout the installation.I really couldn't be more pleased with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Tile Meister again! My twenty-year-old daughter is very little and is not able to access typical sinks and toilets. When looking for someone who would build a customized bathroom for her, many contractors shied away from the challenge. However, Tile Meister did not hesitate to help my daughter. Steve was amazing! There were so many challenges with this job and he was thoughtful and went out of his way to make things work for my daughter's unique size and abilities. In addition, my daughter decided she wanted three different colors on the walls, which also included the ceiling. I cannot believe how perfect the paint job is. His whole team was kind, respectful, clean, dependable, and just plain amazing. My daughter loves her bathroom and so do I. We are so grateful! First, the Tile Meister installers fixed existing floor tile issues. Three large 20 inch cracked tiles were replaced. In addition, five loose tiles were removed and reinstalled properly with thin set. The final repair step was to grout all the replaced tiles and fill in many other areas of insufficient grout throughout the home.All of this work was completed with utmost care and professionalism. We only had seven remaining backup tiles that are no longer available, so we were thrilled that they removed all of the loose tiles without breaking a single tile. After their repair work, it looks like nothing was ever wrong with any of the areas they repaired. We rate their work at the highest level possible.Next, C and C Tile Clean (Chloe who works in the Tile Meister office, and her husband Cameron who is an installer at Tile Meister), came and cleaned and sealed the grout throughout the entire home. They are extremely thorough and professional. Their excellent work has made all of our floor tile throughout our home look like new.Lastly, I would like to mention how nice they all are to work with. They are prompt, personable, attentive to all requests, completely thorough in all the work tasks and very easy to work with.We are very pleased with their work, and rate them at the highest possible level, and highly recommend them to anyone requiring tile work of any kind.Service: Repair flooring

If you are planning on doing a tub to walk-in shower conversion, I highly recommend Tile Meister. My husband and I went to Tile Meister’s showroom in Grand Junction to choose the tyvarian panel color for my walk-in shower. We were greeted by May, who was very patient and helpful. She answered all the questions we had and explained the difference between crome and brushed nickel faucets. She also explained to us that their shower pans are slip resistant and suggested I feel the material they use in one of their displays. She showed me different pan colors that would go with the tyvarian color I chose for my shower. When Tony arrived to check for measurements, he answered every question we asked. He was very patient with us and has great customer service skills. When we went back to the showroom to finalize our contract, May had everything ready for us, including the scheduled date of installation and told me Dave would be the person who would be doing the work. She said if there was an earlier date she would let us know. She took the time and showed me the size of the shower seat and shelf I ordered. The seat was fine; however, I told her I would need another shelf. She did not hesitate to add that to our contract. Everything I wanted in my walk-in shower was on the contract. When we got home, there was a message from May – an earlier date was available. She wanted to know if we would like that date, which we did. She immediately changed the date of installation on our contract and emailed me the contract. Dave and Steve arrived on time and got right to work. They work very well with each other and are hard workers. I was amazed at how spot-on their measurements were. Everything fit exact. Dave explained how to clean the shower door and the tyvarian panels. They cleaned up after themselves and left my bathroom spotless.Service: Remodeling

I can’t say enough good things about The Tile Meister. They are a family run business, and every single person who works there is amazing, kind, and helpful. Cheryl helped me pick out tile, and was extremely patient and gracious while I asked questions before making my final decision. I’ve had a difficult bathroom remodel, 2 failed tub installations with two different plumbers. It was stressful to say the least. I was always planning on using Tile Meister for my tile, but I decided to go with them for the third and final tub installation as well. They turned this whole negative experience into a positive one. Craig and Robert are true masters of their craft, their tile work is beautiful and flawless! Carl is a great plumber and installed everything correctly the first time. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the tub and tile installation , they were wonderful to work with. I feel like I’m part of the Tile Meister family now and I will miss working with them. Thank you so much for creating the bathroom of my dreams and turning a negative experience into a positive one. :)

We are so happy with the tubular skylight that was installed in the kitchen today. The product is excellent, Tile Meister was very professional regarding the estimate, installing the skylight and the other repair work they did on the tile in the kitchen. We had the tubular skylight in the bathroom when we moved here in Oct and liked it. Finally "our" light bulb went on and we called Tile Meister! What took us so long! We enjoyed working with Tile Meister. We stopped in the store to inquire about the installation of a circular skylight in our kitchen. They were very informative and helpful showing us the ones installed in their showroom and explaining how they work. They gave us an estimate and we scheduled an installation date. The installers were on time, very courteous and helpful as to where it should be installed. Plastic was laid under the work area and cleaned up when they left. It took one hour. Our kitchen didn't get much light and we marvel every morning when we go into the kitchen and don't need to turn on lights for most of the day. When the need arises, we will definitely use them again.

I couldn't be happier with the finished product. They did a complete remodel of two of my bathrooms and they are stunning. Tile Meister's workmanship is high-quality and they have a strong attention to detail. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the installers, who took time to vacuum, sweep and wipe down surfaces at the end of each day and once the job was complete. This family-owned shop had amazing customer service and was very responsive to emails, calls and questions. Integrity is everything - and they nailed it on every level.
