Valley Wide Fence & Deck in Grand Junction was like family , every employees I came in contact with , were professional , friendly, and put the customer first. The price was very fair . They kept me informed of the arrival time , answered all my questions with a smile and made sure I was taken care . They came back the following week as planned with a call to let me know they were their way to complete the upgrade of gates on left side of yard. Then moved gates on right side of yard to allow my trailer to be backed in straight . They even upgraded hardware on the third gate, that was out of alinement. They cleaned all areas after completion of gates. I received a follow up call the follow week , they came out to make sure I was happywith the work , in which I was .would recommend Valley Wide Fence/Deck to anyone who asked . This is a very good fence company. They have a wonderful operation and are able to serve you well. Their installations are top notch and have been them doing them 27 years. So before you consider attempting a do-it-yourself deck. I would recommend consulting with these folks 1st as they also have the materials you would need and the know how.. they are handicapped friendly as well.. they will serve your needs any way they can

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job tearing out our old deck and rebuilding our new deck. They were able to handle all of the challenges and changes that came up while they were working. Their workmanship and planning was amazing to complete the job in a very timely manner. Plus they built the slickest set of sliding barndoors that made a perfect deck for us. Great job guys.

We are not customers of Valley Wide - but our neighbors were.Given how they left OUR yard/fenceline - I would NOT recommend them. The way they left our yard is nothing more than pure LAZINESS.They left the old posts in place - and the ones that aren't the ENTIRE post are actually broken off - to where we are now having to dig them up and dispose if them ourselves. (Because they were left on the backside - OUR side - of the new fence).They cut our internet and satellite cables and never did a follow up with any type of repair. It became MY problem and I had to leave work early on two different days to get it fixed. (ITS STILL NOT BURIED AGAIN)Between our yard and our other neighbor, they left upwards of 8 inch gaps between the ground and the new fence - leaving us to have to try to figure out how we are going to rebuild what they dug away to now meet the bottom of the new fence. They completely demolished our other neighbors rock terrace that leads up to the fence - leaving him with a space large enough for a pretty THICK dog to get through.They knocked two picketts off of a shared privacy fence - leaving us and our neighbors with the burden of having to purchase and repair the hole they left.If you have a good relationship with your neighbors - I would STRONGLY encourage you to NOT use these geniuses....because by the time they are done - they have screwed up more than they have improved....causing a lot of UNECESSARY expense, stress and work for EVERYONE.HORRIBLE.EDIT*** BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! They screwed up our irrigation in our flowerbed! They kinked the line, punctured the line and WRAPPED IT AROUND the new post that they CEMENTED in the ground.UNBELIEVABLE.

This company does a great job with their customer service. In a time that customer service has become a game of to trying to wait the customer out until they just give up, You will not find that attitude at this company. I got a fence put in one year ago and recently had trouble with the gate latches/ locks. I contacted them and they replaced the latches/locks with a better product. It wasn't a fight or a hassle. They just stood behind their product and installation.

Valleywide is such a professional group. Dan came up to Rangely on a Saturday to measure everything out and I had a really quote. They removed my old fence and would hand dig any area I was concerned with. No sprinkler line broke! The guys were so courteous and did not leave a mess. We love the final product.We had a little bit of an issue in scheduling but all worked out ok.It would have been good to get the mounting brackets for the beams prior to building out deck that the pergola was to attach to.Installers showed up and worked professionally and quickly. Our 14 x 36 two section pergola was installed in 6 hours.We now have space that was not useable for many years due to sun.It all worked out well in the end and as noted,we love the final product!Still looking for design specs and warranty info.Not sure if we need to leave open for winter or if the pergola can withstand snow loading for our area.

The first is a 6 foot vinyl fence that curves around my yard and driveway, The way they did it is a thing of beauty, so artful. The supervisor even came over a month later to make sure I was happy with the fence. Great service!The 2nd was a repair of an existing chain link that was crushed by tree limbs. The work was well done, quickly and efficiently! Everyone I worked with was professional and easy to work with.
