Have used them years ago and they did an amazing job. They had a customer for life. Unfortunately this time they have been giving me the run around for several months “confirming schedules”. I get they might busy, but instead of fixing things in the summer when it would have been much easier, it’s now January. Wish they had just let me know it wasn’t doable with their calendar instead of this weird email game. My takeaway is Tracy does good work, if you can get him to come out. So 5 stars for past work, and 1 for current makes it a 2.5/3 average.

I highly recommend Canyon Glass! After busting the rear window on my F250 while on vacation I called at least a dozen places before finding Canyon who could fit me in. They were absolutely fantastic and even dropped my family off and picked us up from Argo mine! Don't hesitate to call them!!

Terrible service. I've been trying to get them out for almost a month. They never call me back. Three different times they have put me on there schedule and no call, no show. I spend the time taking my ladders off the vehicle and getting it ready just for them to blow me off. I'm done dealing with them. Also the first time they were supposed to come out they said it was $170 to replace the windshield then after blowing me off when I called to get back on the schedule they said the price is going up by $30.

I really hate writing bad reviews and this one is especially difficult. Originally I gave Canyon a positive review but now I must change it due to the fact that they will not stand behind their workmanship. Two years ago we had them install gutters on our entire house. Everything went well, on time and on budget. They seemed to do a great job. Earlier this year I discovered that one section of gutter wasn't sloped properly. After a couple of phone calls they agreed to come out and take a look. Tracy agreed that the section was indeed level and needed to be corrected. After some discussion he decided the best course of action was to add another down spout which would allow proper drainage. Once again very professional and I was happy that they were going to take care of it. He left with "We'll be in touch". Well it took me probably five phone calls and two months to finally get the office to let me know when they were going to take care of it. When their office manager finally called me back she left a voice mail telling me that the cost to fix was $200. Maybe I'm wrong but if you do it incorrectly in the first place shouldn't you foot the bill to fix it? Secondly if you're going to charge someone wouldn't it be a good thing to discuss it during the inspection? I guess I'm asking too much. In any event, if I have to pay someone to fix I will hire a company that will stand behind their work. Unfortunately I now believe that this gutter installation cost me an additional $4800. Why? We were getting some ice damning on the north face of the house so we had a ice melt system installed. It works well but I now believe that if the gutters were properly installed it wouldn't have been necessary. If water has nowhere to go it will freeze and of course damn. Anyway, I can no longer recommend Canyon.

Kim in the office is the most efficient and kind person. I called two 800 companies and could not get any immediate help. Canyon Glass responded and gave great service.

Kim is a HORRIBLE communicator, she says she will call and never does, she makes promises that she can't keep, she strings you along and was extremely unpleasant. While the work Tracy does may be good, having a terrible office manager like Kim makes this company undesirable to work with

I was driving I-70, when my driver side window EXPLODED on me. It was Memorial Day Weekend, and I had my wife and two kids going to camp in the mountains for the weekend. They were calling for rain and snow, so I wa feeling S.O.L. that we were going to be able to get the window of the car fixed. I couldn't drive on I-70 with the cold air hitting my family for another hour drive. we pulled into Idaho Springs, and hit "Google". Canyon Glass and Mirror, gave us an estimate (very affordable!), DROVE TO DENVER TO GET THE GLASS, came back and installed it. My kids were happy, playing with the toys in the office, and the owners and staff could not have been nicer!!Thank you, EMMENCELY, Canyon Glass & Mirror. You really saved my butt!!Sincerely,Tony B

YEA! just got my new windshield in 'MYSTUD2' (my man) a 2007 gmc yukon. it's exactly like my orig one. rodney & clayton,EXCELLENT JOB! very pleased. appreciated tracy's (careing owner) check-up call. been 25-30 years (no lie) since i last had a business do what they are suppose to do. you&your employees actually did a 'above and beyond service' for me. kim (appt person) was a delight to speak to as she did not hesitate one second to schedule me just two business days from day i called. ON TOP OF HER JOB,too. every aspects of your service (ie:short wait of appt,crew on time,had patience with all my questions during short install)was great experience! i'll HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to all.looking forward to my gutter est. I was referred to Canyon Glass by Safelite Auto Glass. I spoke with Kim who said she would call back the next morning to get someone to my home to repair my windshield. Never received the callback and the message that I left has not been responded to. So, if you're in need of auto glass repair, find someone else, it seems to me as if Canyon Glass & Mirror (or Gutter, whatever they're called) does not care.
