Stephen Osborne, owner, is extremely unprofessional. He guarantees a 20% discount to secure business from local roofers then does the bait and switch. When we received the final invoice Stephen had his office manager do some shady calculation that changes discount to 16.667. When asked to discuss the bill he proceeded to yell and call names. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your solar needs.

Was Contacted by Steven from Eclipse solar about a service job which included filling a solar thermal system that needed to be recharged with antifreeze solution after it had been dismantled and then reassembled back on the customers roof ?. I scheduled a time with owner to recharge the solar thermal system with antifreeze solution. Went through the steps to recharge the system in the customer basement and realized it wasn’t holding pressure . I went outside climbed onto the roof realized that just about all the 1” copper fittings were leaking.So contacted Steven and he asked me if I could fix the leaks. I provided Steven with Service Contract to preform the above and never heard back from Eclipse solar and never was paid or reimbursed for the antifreeze i purchased or my time to recharge it. Eclipse Solar should stick photovoltaic solar systems instead of solar Thermal systems.
