I did not have a good experience with Skyline Metal. I called three times. Dave was on the phone every time I called. I left two messages (with Anthony & James) and never received a call back. Dave said they do installation, but then Anthony said they do not. They will not be getting my business. Being busy is no excuse for horrible customer service.

I placed on order back in 2017. The customer service was excellent. They referred me people for other jobs we needed in our old house. All of the vendors referred were prompt to answer. We ended up using those referrals for two jobs. Very nice people to do business with. I will be needing more materials soon... definitely going back.

Dave is a very friendly helpful person. On the other hand the person that loaded my propanel is a very arrogant, unfriendly person. I'm assuming that you are a multimillion dollar business and should have a talk with your loader about how to interact with customers, so as not to make them feel uncomfortable or unimportant after they have given you their trade

Dave and Levi are great to work with. They will answer any questions you have. We order 6-8 roofs a month from them directly and I have had no issues with mistakes. Personally saw the opporation, and was impressed.

This is the place to get roofing. Their metal is cheaper than anywhere else. Very friendly people. Ready to help with whatever you need. Oh, and you need to stop in and see the office area if nothing else. Elk, antelope, lion (and more) mounts on all the walls. Highly recommended, give them a call for your next project.
