I had such a great experience with All Dry Services of Denver. They were pretty much the only bright spot during my recent housing disaster (the flooding of my basement). Niko and Andy were highly skilled and professional, and provided excellent flood mitigation services. But just as important to me was what great customer care and communication they provided. They were unfailingly kind, patient, and supportive as we moved through the process, always taking care to explain what was happening, what the implications were, and what to expect next. All Dry Services was a terrible company to work with. We had a problem with a plumbing company where we had mold and water damage and had to use this co. They first came Aug. 1st and came back to do the work Nov. 30th. They taped plastic around our door and when they pulled it off the finish came off too. The tech did not say anything about it although it was very obvious. We didn't say anything as they had been so terrible to work with. They have such poor communication. We only knew what was happening when we called them otherwise silence. We waited 4 months for them to come and they did what they did in one day. We would never use this company again and only waited months for them since the plumbing co. that was paying for the repairs wanted us to use them. The plumbing co. told us All Dry charged them a lot and am questioning whether they will use them again.

We had a mysterious leak that looked like a wet and dark spot in the basement. The All Dry team very quickly found the source of the water with their water detection tools. Then, they worked with the insurance company and asbestos abatement companies, and together they removed the affected materials. That coordination went well and made it easy on us. I'm happy with how it all went! We had really bad basement flooding on Christmas Day 2022 and All Dry came out that evening to start pumping water out, returning several times throughout the week (with checkups the following couple weeks) to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. I also had to call on them this summer to help with a smaller flood from a really intense rainstorm. They have been lifesavers! Super friendly and helpful folks. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised that they answered their phone immediately when others didn’t and came over just before midnight. Over a year ago our house basically completely flooded, these guys were THE BEST part of our restoration process. We had some bids from other contractors trying to get more work out of us than necessary (claiming discoloration on paint was mold and we’d have to replace everything to the 2x4s) All Dry’s team came back out to reassure us that it was in fact just discoloration. A year later still no signs of mold because of how quickly and efficiently these guys worked. I would 100% use them again and trust their judgement in restoring our home. Not only was he one of the only 24 hour restoration companies to pick up the phone on the weekend, he was very quick to come to my home and start the leak detection and mitigation process for a leak that went from our top floor to the basement. His entire team was extremely thorough, coming every day to test and measure how things were drying and also keeping us informed. They worked extremely well with my insurance company as well.
