This year (2023) a plethora of hailstorms and heavy winds struck the Colorado foothills which lead me and many of my neighbors to search for a roof repair company. As a new homeowner I did not know the process and needed to ensure whoever I worked with was someone I could trust. I can honestly say that this was an incredibly positive experience and this is a company you can trust. Jake helped walk me through every step of the insurance claim process and fought relentlessly (I mean truly fought for this claim) to get my roof replacement approved. Once approved, Jake made sure that the new roof materials matched my current home, that the new roof materials were hail-rated, and that the roof replacement would be completed as soon as possible. I can now trust that my roof will withstand any additional storms without causing internal damage to my home. I highly recommend this company for any roof repair/ replacement needs.

An outstanding experience start to finish. Project Manager, Jake Seibold, was ever present. He made the process nearly seamless between us and our insurer while keeping involved rooftop with the installation crew on a regular basis over the 2 1/2 day process. A couple of minor hiccups along the way were quickly remedied by Jake. I would highly recommend Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing for your roof replacement.

Dameion Cowan was amazing to work with after the horrible hail storm in Brush! Dameion and I actually used to go to school together so it was nice to have a familiar face to walk my husband and I through the steps for a new roof and gutters. Sarah Seibold has been an amazing contact for us regarding questions and handling the insurance company as well. The work that Bold Brothers did on my roof and gutters was great quality work! So glad we went with this company. Hopefully we will not need another roof anytime soon but if we do I definitely will be going through Bold Brothers again.

In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. We began by contacting Bold Brothers Roofing since they had just finished replacing a roof across the street and our neighbors were very pleased. Jake came out, inspected our roof, took photographs and explained in great detail why a new roof was necessary. Can’t say enough good things about Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing. After agreeing to replace our roof, Jake pretty much took it from there. He met with our home insurance adjuster on-site, helped us pick out a new roof (more difficult than I ever would have thought) and completely oversaw the entire roof installation process. Every step went smoothly, thanks to Jake. The crew that installed the roof from Bold Brothers was very professional, competent, and friendly. When the crew left at the end of day, you could not tell that a new roof was installed; no scrap of roofing material was left in our yard. I just had Scott and Chris stop by to look at my roof. They gave me, I felt an honest opinion and even fixed a problem they saw right away without charging. I will certainly use them should the need arise, but they left without making me feel any pressure or urgent need to have the roof replaced. They also pointed out things that other professionals may need to look at, like a cracked flue. Thanks guys for being courteous and efficient!.

In a world of shady and questionable roofing companies, Bold Brothers is a standout - could not be more pleased with them. Locally based, they are honest, responsive, ethical and go above and beyond. Highly recommended!After the two 85+ mph windstorms in late December, several of my neighbors reported wind damage. Jake and his crew from Bold Brothers came out and did a thorough inspection. They told me we did not need to file an insurance claim, and that our roof was in good shape. In fact - they glued down a couple shingles as a bonus.It would have been easy to report a damaged roof, but they took the ethical path and saved me money and time. Several of our neighbors have had their roofs repaired using Bold Brothers. We decided that we should have our roof inspected and called Bold Brothers. Jake arrived on time, inspected our roof and told us that we had 'the best roof he had seen in our neighborhood'. Nothing needed to be done. But he did go back up and caulk some nails at no charge. I had them replace my roof in 2018.....did a nice job. Professional, made some recommendations, worked out fine. Latest hail storm July 2023 came back out...inspected....recommended not replacing. They could have tried to scam me and suggest a re-roof to get some business. Was upfront. Also corraborated what another roofer had suggested a week earlier so I knew they were being honest. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Let me start by saying I can recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations!We became aware of roof problems after some drywall on our ceiling fell off. We contacted our insurance company who sent a contractor to evaluate the roof. The roof was damaged, but the insurance company claimed it was old damage and thus would not cover it. We had an insurance claim on the roof in 2017 after a storm in which probably 80% of the house in our neighborhood got new roofs, but insurance said we didn't need a new roof and only paid for a few siding and screen damages. We contacted Bold Brothers and Jake Siebold came out to take a look. He agreed there was old damage, but thought it could have occurred in 2017. He advised us on strategy for dealing with the insurance company. We appealed to the insurance company, and they sent a another contractor (a "forensic engineer") who inspected the roof and agreed that the damage was old. After addition appeals to the insurance, they agreed to re-open our 2017 claim and buy us a new roof. Throughout this process, Jake was tremendously supportive and held our hands throughout this whole process, kept in close touch and also dealt with the insurance company. Once we had the go ahead from insurance, Bold Brothers was able to quickly schedule the job and completed the roof replacement in 1 day (excepts for gutters, which occurred a few days later). We also received a few new attic vents and soffit vents. The crew cleaned up after themselves very throughly. Jake followed up with inspections and personal contact. The new roof looks great and the work was well done.I have no doubt that without Jake and Bold Brother's effort we would not have succeeded in getting the insurance company to honor our claim. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, taking time to explain any time I had questions.My insurance company fought tooth and nail to pay out as little as they possibly could, but luckily I had a strong advocate in Jake. He worked on my behalf and eventually got the insurance company to pay out what the job would actually cost. I'm certain if I had been dealing with them by myself I would have ended up paying a significant amount out of pocket.Even though I had a small job - just a section of my roof, I always felt as important to Bold Brothers as any other customer, even ones with much bigger, more lucrative jobs. Our 30 year old home in Arvada need the roof and gutters replaced; water was pooling and leaking into our interior. Jake was our guy, he came over worked with the inspector and got us the most out of our insurance company. I am a first-time homeowner I was a bit nervous selecting my first contractor for my home in Lakewood. Bold Brothers Roofing is a company of the highest integrity. They have excellent products and they are totally meticulous throughout the entire installation process. Nick and Scott are very responsive and provided us with comprehensive, detailed and accurate quotes that were honored to the letter. We just recently called to request a check up on our rooftop dryer vent and Sarah got us scheduled immediately. Nick arrived right on time to take care of us. Bold Brothers were fantastic! We met with 4-5 potential companies and really appreciated Bold Brothers’ expertise and communication with us and with our insurance company. Out of all of the companies we received quotes from, they were the only ones who recognized that our roofing materials were not assessed by insurance properly as the higher quality (hail-resistant, class 4) product they were, and this our insurance company was not covering that product for replacement. Even though this took longer and was more work on their part, Scott and his team made sure to follow up closely and we were very pleased with how they navigated this. And our roof and gutters ended up looking great and they did a wonderful job of cleanup.

Recently, Bold Brothers Roofing replaced my roof and did other projects in restoring my home.This was a unique project because of the roof configuration, and they researched the appropriate method to restore the roof.
