Our home received hail damage in spring of 2022. Bonhardt was recommended to us by a friend and we were happy to see ownership and staff was local to the Denver metro area. Andrew was an amazing contractor for our home, and handled roofing, windows, paint, and even handled the majority of interactions with our insurance adjuster. Even though my wife and I were not always the most responsive or quick to make decisions, he was able to ensure our home was finished in time. Quality of work is second to none, our mortgage holder had an inspection done after completion of work and inspector said everything was top notch and no corners cut like many other homes that were done in the area by fly by night roofers. We hope to never have damage again in the future but at least know who we will call if that Colorado hail strikes again.

Andrew and his contractors were phenomenal. I called Andrew the day after a hail storm to come check out our roof and he was there same day. Even though I was a very indecisive customer when it came to choosing roof, paint, etc he was patient and helped me make the decisions that lead to the home looking amazing when all was said and done. When our insurance company pushed back on the necessity of certain work being completed, Andrew went to battle for us and made sure the work that needed to get done was approved. This would have been such a headache if it wasn’t for Andrew and his team. Highly recommend!

My roof was damaged during the "Boulder fire" of 2021. Andrew took my call on the weekend and inspected the house the next Monday. On Tuesday he made emergency repairs.It took over 6 months for the insurance company to agree to a settlement, during which time Andrew was in constant communication with me. He would even text me after normal business hours and on weekends, just to make sure I was kept informed. It was greatly appreciated.His crews were very professional, cleaning up before leaving for the day.Andrew oversaw all aspects of the claim, including window replacement, drywall repair and stucco repair. I have a commercial building here in Denver which was re-roofed some six years ago, but leaked from day one. We had the original roofers here multiple times, the HVAC contractor, other roofers, none could identify where the leaks were coming from. Buckets everywhere after a hard rain or snowmelt. We had all but given up. Speaking with Andrew at Bonhart R&T, he assured me that he could solve it. Bonhardt Roof & Trade were great to work with. This summer was the second hail storm in Castle Rock for me in 3 years. I dealt with two other companies between the two storms. One was a preferred contractor my insurance company recommended and the other was a door to door guy. Bonhardt was by far superior in their ability to educate, go to bat with me with the insurance company and communicate in a timely manner. Andrew and Daniel the owners are really great business owners. As a business owner myself I can really appreciate their systems and processes and the overall customer experience. The laborers that removed and installed the roofing and gutter materials were great as well. Very respectful and clean. My overall experience was really great.
