I ran into some hiccups with my insurance company regarding replacing my roof. Susan was amazing in working with the insurance company to get the work approved. Also, Martin made the process leading up to the work and through the completion of the work easy and worry free. Hands down, a great experience with this company. I feel CR&R is lucky to have people represent the company like it's their own. I'll refer CR&R out and I'd hire them again!

This was by far the easiest house project I’ve had. After the initial insurance call, Igor and Martin took care of the rest, the only thing I had to do was pick the roof color and stay out of the way. My roof was done in a single day. The job was clean and professional. Bottom line: If you are looking for a reliable contractor who is experienced, on time, responsive, and does great work, stop your search and work with Colorado Restoration and Remodeling.We moved into a new home and were looking to have 4 bathrooms remodeled. After having a few contractors come by to quote the project it quickly became apparent that Igor and his team were leagues ahead of their competition. Igor and Paul were on time to the consult and provided a detailed quote the same afternoon! They also took the time to listen to what we were looking to accomplish and provided insights on what would and wouldn’t work based on their experience.We were given a timeline for completion of the project up front and they were good on their word. Paul was the primary contractor for our project and exceeded every expectation we had and then some. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product.In a world where reliability is hard to come by these guys excel. We will hands down use them for future projects. Keep up the good work!

This company exceeded all of my expectations.The owner is a great team player, and we’ve had more than one successful closing because of his timely responses and ability to complete work before deadlines.My clients have appreciated that the company guides them through every step of the process- first a complimentary roof inspection, then, if needed, filing a claim with the home insurance company on behalf of the homeowners, scheduling and meeting with the insurance adjuster, and providing the homeowners with a roof certification and warranty upon completion of the work. Homeowners have not only found all of this very convenient, but it also takes a lot of stress off of their shoulders. I’ve used this team for some personal properties as well - they have performed roof inspections and installations, including a new build.
