Overall we had a good experience with CSR.- Quote process was quick and easy.- Had to wait quite a while for them to start the work but that was due to overall shingle shortages, nothing on their part. Once they started, it was done very quick.- Received fairly quick responses via email when I had additional questions.Edit: Had to work with Superior a few times to get additional documentation for our insurance company and Kevin was amazing about getting back to me quickly with the relevant information.

I had Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors inspect my roof for a leak around the chimney. They quickly diagnosed the problem which had not been resolved by another roofing company and did the repair in a very timely manner. I am happy to say I have not had a leak since they did the repair. I highly recommend this company for any and all roofing issues. They were prompt and reasonably priced for the work they performed. I have recommended them to several friends.

This review uses a star rating aimed to not hurt or help this business as my only interaction was by phone in an effort to obtain a quote. I did not do business with this company. I did call to set up an estimate for either a full roof replacement or repair of the broken concrete tiles on our home. An answering type of service answered the call, took my contact information and said their sales team was all on calls, but someone would call me back in 15-minuites.A man called me back from their main number about 30 minutes later and I explained our needs briefly. In short, a large home with concrete tile roof in need if either repair or replacement. The caller, in a rude “I don’t want your business” way, said “my minimum to even look at anything is $2,500.” I told him a project of our scope is not going to start this way and I hung up. It was really odd, like he was doing me a favor. My initial call was to the Parker location, but the call back came from the main office in Lakewood.I originally added them to the companies I wanted quotes from as they had 5-stars on 44 reviews (Parker). Since my experience was so odd, I looked the company up a bit more. While their website says they have been in business since 2002, the secretary of state shows them registering under this name in 2015. There were similar names that have expired, but those even date back only to 2010, not 2002. Their website (and even Google) says “free estimates,” which clearly is also wrong or misleading from my direct contact.What also came up were building permits under the companies name in Douglas County, which dated back to only 2010. It is odd that they have only 44 reviews when they claim to be in business for 22 years and from the number of permits pulled in Douglas County (a lot). Lastly, Google also shows they were sued in 2019 for failing to pay $79K of workman’s comp insurance premiums over a two year period before the policy was canceled.Overall, I’m happy to have come across these issues before having them involved in our project as opposed to deal with problems down the line. I was able to secure three estimate appointments with other companies, all free and without any concerns on the calls. This interaction did have me look into the other companies further also and I eliminated one due to some findings there.

Colorado Superior Roofing helped install our new roof a few years back after a hail storm. Recently we had some issue with snow melt overrunning a gutter and going behind a stucco wall, and we called them to help fix the issue. The issue was difficult to troubleshoot, but they sent over several team members to take a look at the problem area and did thorough inspections including water tests. They had to make several trips to identify the source of the problem and come up with a permanent fix. They were willing to help, even though this was a small project for them. It was also tricky to find the source of the problem, but they were tenacious. It was easy to get hold of them and they were very communicative. The team members are friendly and willing to explain in details what they were doing and what they would be doing, including showing me the before and after pictures of the work done. I really appreciate the company and the owner Kevin taking on this project even though it's not a money maker for them. It shows that they care. This company worked with my insurance company to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. They offered for us to choose a new color, met the claims adjuster at the house so I didn't have to, and worked tirelessly on my behalf to jump through insurance hoops and get me paid. Their salesman was knowledgeable and direct. Their workmen were skilled and quality-oriented. Everybody there cares about quality in their work and value for customers. We were selling our house when the roof was replaced and Co-Superior graciously provided extra work that was demanded by our buyers even after a successful county inspection. When we reached out to Colorado Superior Roofing for a visit and quote, they responded within the hour. I was very impressed with their willingness to discuss various products and options for our unique roofing requirements. They removed our old, roof mounted swamp cooler for us and decked over the opening like it was never there, along with several other improvements to the structure and vents. The crew was polite, fast and efficient. The new roof and gutters has greatly improved the integrity and curb appeal of our house and garage! Being in the construction trades I greatly appreciate a company that says what they can do and then follows thru. From the first meeting with Bob Heller, I felt assured that he had the knowledge and experience to deal with our insurance company on our behalf . We received constant updates about the scheduling of our roof which was only delayed by Mother Nature. The day of the installation Raul and his crew showed up right on time and worked steadily the entire day . Everyone was very polite and courteous on the crew and cleaned up the job site so that it appeared that no one was even there. I had a leak coming through my roof caused by improper gutter protection installation by another company.
