We used Front frange solutions after our neighbors house caught fire and damaged our house. Sam was very punctual and very professional!. They replaced the facia, gutters and 4 windows. They were very clean and neat with the project! The only thing I was unhappy with.... AND only for a brief moment was the torn screen in one of the windows and some of the caulk of the windows needed to be redone. I called and they were there the next day making everythings right! Not only does my roof look amazing, during the installation my light accidentally fell and Sam came back and fixed the drywall, matched the paint and put the chandelier up again. Front Range managed the replacement of a French Drain , which requires significant concrete removal ,along with installing a new ABS drain system. All the subbed contractors were timely and professional. Project was completed on time and at bid price. The new system is a big improvement from a maintenance standpoint. I met Shawn years ago when he was working for a different company. Then, later, I met Sam through Shawn when he did some other work for me. I've had 2 roofing jobs through Shawn and another roofing/structural related project that Sam helped me with along with some vinyl roofing, building a deck and more at my home and rental property in Denver.I was delighted to hear these guys were teaming up to start a company. They're both genuine, honest and super friendly and I know they are building their roofing, siding, decking and construction business around these principles.Since I've known these two, I've referred them to a number of friends and colleagues in Denver, Lakewood, and across the Metro area and I continue to enthusiastically recommend them today.It's rare to find honest roofing contractors, let alone those that also offer siding, repairs, decking and other work as well. We recently had a company come out and trim our trees and they noticed that there was some damage on our roof that appeared to have been caused by squirrels. My brother in-law recommended we get in touch with Sam, as he'd had work done at his home that he was very happy with.After speaking with Sam, he offered to come out quickly because he knew there was going to be inclement weather and wanted to make sure it was taken care of to minimize any further damage. His repair work was incredibly thorough and very reasonably priced. We could not be happier!! In addition to making sure our original repair was taken care of, he photographed the final fix and explained what he did. A 20 yer old construction defect in our condo buildings was a serious hazzard. Front Range worked with our condo board to find an effective solution that eliminated the hazzard in a very timely manner.
