Gates has been the best roofing company I have worked with. Their team is very efficient and professional. Captured all of the nails, and then went around, searching for them for a long time, followed by sweeping the perimeter with a large magnet. They replaced my vents and installed new turbines. The shingles were installed perfectly. And Joe always made me feel like I was his only customer. He handled everything with the insurance Company and my solar panel company and made the whole process simple for me. This is the third roofing company I’ve worked with and by far the best experience. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Gates! Just had solar installed on my home and the entire experience from start to end was great. From someone who is comes from a background of customer service and having high expectations for professionalism and quality, Gates was an obvious choice for several reasons. My husband and I interviewed competitors and came with lots of questions/concerns as this is a major investment for us. Our representative Eddie from Gates was able to answer everything and give us a good understanding of how solar works, and the benefits that come with it. He was the most knowledgeable, prepared person we interviewed and was genuine- never felt pressure for a sale. The project was quick and efficient, and all steps followed the timeline Eddie outlined.

5 Stars for sure!!! I couldn’t be happier with Gates Enterprises in particular, Zach Conley. I was having a heck of a time working with my insurance company and trying to get a claim as a matter fact denied 3 times, but Zach and his team stepped in and worked with my insurance company and were able to get the claim completed. The installers that came out tore off my old roof and installed my new roof in one day. The crew was very respectful of my property and did an amazing job cleaning up after the job. From Zach to the whole team, Gates Enterprises was nothing but professional. Strongly suggest using this company for your new roof.RPParker Co.

We found Zack Conley, Sales Rep and follow through Project Manager, excellent to work with. Ours is a steep and complicated roof that needed replacement after hail damage. Zack was very knowledgeable about roofing and navigating the insurance claim. He has a pleasant, non-anxious communication style — listens well and is open to concerns. Most importantly, Zack and Gates Enterprises did excellent, timely work and followed through with everything promised!

Gates installed a new roof at our home in March 2023. We had several leaks, as our chimney is complex and we have skylights. Gates came back and made repairs two times and is taking steps to fix the problem for us.

Sure it took longer that we would've liked, but everything was done right the first time and that's the important part. We engaged with Gates Enterprises in July 2023 to replace our roof and repair damages that we sustained due to a severe hailstorm.The shingles we needed were on back order and we had to wait a few months due to supply chain issues that everyone seemed to be encountering.During our wait my home insurance company paid us for the beginning portion of the damages. Shortly thereafter I was diagnosed with cancer and, due to the costs of all of the procedures for preop, surgery and postop I had to dip into the insurance money. It seemed like everything was going south for us but that didn't stop Gates. They went above and beyond by getting us an extremely fair rate with financing and it didn't end there. We were then assigned a Project Manager by the name of Jeff Skipper who is one of the utmost professional and friendly project managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I myself have been in supply chain for over 40 years and have dealt with a lot of project managers but none with the likes of Jeff Skipper. He was extremely thorough with all of his fact checking, project management and customer care. He always kept me up to date with everything going on with my situation and my roofing repairs. He totally blew me away. He completely understood my situation and never lost focus of it while he was working with me. As the project manager he was the face of Gates Enterprises and, in my opinion blew all of their competition away. In my neighborhood alone we had about 90% roofing repair going on in that just about everyone had a sign in their yard advertising who was providing their roofing repair services but unfortunately for them non with the likes of Gates Enterprises.I simply can't thank Jeff Skipper and Gates Enterprises enough for what they did for me and my family. We literally spent a lot of sleepless nights worrying about our situation and our roof, but Jeff stepped in and took all of that on his shoulders as well.The repair crew that he assigned to our home was extremely professional. They completely covered the entire surrounding of our home so that pieces of the roof wouldn't land on our grass and landscaping. They even cleaned as they worked which, in my opinion is a rarity. When they were done, I thought I would have to do some sweeping, etc. but not with this team. They worked hard all day long and I only wish I had been outside when they finished and left so that I could have personally thanked them.Gates Enterprises cares about their work and they care about their customers, how often do you ever get to encounter that?Thank you, Jeff Skipper, and thank you Gates Enterprises.If I ever need any more home repairs, I know exactly who I am going to call, and that is GATES Enterprises LLC!

5000 roofs completed in the last 10 years. This company does a great job. My old roof sprung a leak in June of 2020 so I called a few places Sunday night and Andrew was the first to come out early Monday morning. He had a quote for me based on satellite imagery that he ordered ahead of time and it beat my insurance company's estimate by over 10%. I canceled the other scheduled estimates and his crew came out 2 days later with at one point 8 guys who finished the tear out and new roof install in 1 day!I'm very pleased with the communication, speed, quality of materials and the replacement of old vents with ones that prevent animal intrusion. He even left a whole pack of shingles in case a bad hail storm comes by in the future. Here is a picture of them working, the finished job and also a picture of the sales packet which touts their insurance, certificates and shows the county roof rules they follow.

It's rare for me to recommend a contractor, but Gates Enterprises (Gates) is clearly an exception. After 1.5 years of speaking with other roofing contractors, Gates stood out from all the others in terms of transparency, quality of work, experience and customer service. Pricing was also factor where they also were also highly competitive, but they also provided much more value than what other contractors included. Importantly, there were no surprises other than a job exceptionally well done and on time! Gates and the project crew went over and beyond expectations to make sure all aspects of the complex job were completed at the highest quality. They also completed some other minor repairs and extras without charging more! They were also happy to accommodate special requests and made sure the job site was very clean after each day. I now know why many local realtors also use Gates for roofing projects, which is where I first heard about them. I just wish I would have found out about them before having to interview the rest first.I had a very complex 6,000 square foot roof replacement on a log home with 26 different surface areas, most having a 45-degree slope. After Gates provided a thorough product education, I chose a stone coated steel product called DECRA, which looks amazing. I can’t say enough good things about William Archer and Gates Enterprises. From start to finish beginning with the initial claim to the insurance company, managing every detail William took care of everything and made my life easy. He was extremely responsive, when I called, he answered if I sent a text he replied. In short William is very customer focused managing every aspect of my roofing project leaving no element to chance, he was on it.William was onsite start to finish arriving bright and early the day of install staying until the job was done. The only time he left was to run out to get something the roofers might need.And the roofing crew. Wow! They did an amazing job. After our roof was completely destroyed in a hail storm, we started to get bombarded by roofers going door to door. A friend of ours suggested Gates Enterprises to come and take a look as they are a local company and have been proven to be a great company to work with. After scheduling an appt for someone to come and assess the damage, we were put in contact with a Project Manager by the name of Dallas Leitz. We really enjoyed working with him. When the unexpected happens, turn poison into medicine. We, like many other families, were terrorized this hail season and had no choice but to assess the damage and repair. In those next few weeks, we were visited by what felt like every licensed roofing company in Colorado. Sure, it's difficult when you just get home from work to find someone at your doorstep. Or, you're sitting down for dinner and get another knock at the door. If you have experienced this, you know the feeling. You also know that avoiding that conversation is not going to protect your home or investment. Our roof wasn't going to fix itself, and ultimately, we, like everyone else, wanted the best quality work for the best price. I had countless conversations, collected all the business cards, and evaluated who we trusted to do the inevitable and necessary work. As a mental health counselor, I am fully aware of how taxing and overwhelming this process felt for my wife and me. We chose Gates Enterprises for many reasons. Yet, the biggest impression they left on us was how empathetic and trauma-informed their project manager, Dallas Leitz, was. When he knocked on our door, Dallas' approach and genuineness fostered our trust, allowing him to help protect us from future costs easily avoidable with quality work. Ultimately, we came to have a gut and informed feeling about Dallas and Gates Enterprises, and we couldn't be happier with the work they have done. This was the first roof we had to replace, and we had no idea what we were in for. He walked us through every step along the way, including picking out colors for the shingles, gutters, and siding. Our house looks better than it did before the storm!Lastly, we, like others, also had no soliciting signs on our door. We choose not to remove them because they pertain to every other unsolicited knock. However, protecting our family and finances does not fall under "no solicitation" in our book. We can't say enough good things about Gates Enterprises roofing but the one thing that put them in a class alone was when we just sold our house 2 years after Andrew replaced the roof. The buyers inspector felt like there was a small area of factory defective shingles which inspired the buyers to require the area to be replaced. I called Andrew and he came over right away and completely replaced the area under his warranty free of charge. It was so small he didn't even turn the shingles in question in to his supplier and paid for it all himself. They even left extra materials for the buyers in case they needed any repair in the future so everything would match. Gates has helped we with a number of other projects as well and his guys are always on time and really cleaned up well after major work. To top it all off they used better materials than other companies that bid AND were the most affordable at the same time. They are just great. Where do I start? After a heavy hail storm on June 6th we reached out to Gates Enterprises for help. Jessica was first on the scene, assessed our roof and personally worked with our insurance company to get the claim started. Jessica, Dallas and Nate all made follow up visits to monitor the process. The roofing team was amazing and quick - they all knew their jobs and were extremely polite. They had our large house completed in less 10 hours and when they were gone it looked like no one had been there...so clean. Same with the gutter crew...all new gutters and downspouts in 4 or 5 hours...perfect match and again..no mess, no fuss - another great team. I have to mention the QC team...Duke and Darius...wow! What great ambassadors to represent Gates. They did everything in their power to make sure the job was perfect, roof, gutters and helped me with a window caulking issue as well! I work in the telecom industry with both employees and sub-contractor partners and I can only hope my people serve our customers as well as the Gates team serves theirs. Kudos - 10 out 10!!!!
