We had a door to door sales guy knock on our door this evening. He said they had replaced roofs in our area and asked if I was open to having them take a look at mine.I told him we already had a roofing company that was recommended by our insurance agent take a look and we don’t need a new roof at this time. The sales rep then went to explain how some roofing companies don’t understand what to look for in regards to insurance and asked if I had a moment now for him to look at my roof. I said no, I don’t.The sales rep responded by saying, “so I guess you are that guy”…What the guy that is in the middle of making dinner for his family and doesn’t need a second opinion nor want to take time right now to allow this person onto my roof?I’m the guy that came and shook your hand and had a friendly conversation with you. I’m also the guy that is open to sharing my feedback publicly.So a suggestion for their door to door sales people, perhaps avoid being rude to homeowners who are nice to you but don’t need nor want your services… especially when knocking on people’s doors in the evening. Super unprofessional.

Interstate Roofing is a great company! They make it extremely easy to deal with the process of getting a new roof due to hail damage. They worked on my personal home and my rental property and they both look incredible. The roofers didn't leave a mess and the Interstate agents are very friendly, polite, and professional. I will be using Interstate again in the future and have recommended them to family and friends.

I may have never been a patron to your business, but I definitely won't now. Especially since this is diagonal across the "to-go" parking but was still parked there after I had picked up an actual to-go order at a neighboring restaurant

I had no idea how to handle hail damage on my first time home. They made it so easy and were very professional. They got my roof done fast and left no mess. Unlike my memory as a child when roofers came and I kept on stepping on nails and things months after. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you !
