After a severe storm we notice some of our shingles were missing. We previously had work done by O’Connor and we called them up again.Bret Phillips of O'Connor came out in a few days and inspected everything. We did have hail damage and O'Connor took care of everything.They called in our claim and worked with our insurance company without issue. Ronnie Phillips is a wizard with the insurance companies.The day of the replacement, Bret Phillips and his work crew showed up and started working.They were very courteous and made sure after roof was done that all sharp objects were picked up.We recommend them highly.Dave and Barb RyanService: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I have had the opportunity to use O'Connor Roofing twice. Once about 27 years ago then again a month ago when they replaced the roof on my Mother's home. I could not be more impressed by their promptness in getting an estimate , getting the job scheduled and getting the job finished. Brett and Destry are both knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to roofing and they make it their goal to do a great job, and they did!! Great experience with O’ Connor Roofing. Everything was completed in a timely manner.Destry was awesome to work with, came out and provided a quote in a very timely manner and the installation date was established soon after. Team came out day before the install and delivered all materials. Day of install, team was on time and began work immediately. Completed the install of class 4 shingles on my 2000 sq ft house in one day. Problems that had caused us to replace roof were no longer present, we had a few big rainstorms in the days following so that was a good test.Overall very happy with the install. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof. I had an issue with my roof and called Destry at O'Connor as they were the company that out on my new roof before I moved in. Mind you I had no previous relationship with them but he was willing to come by the house and discuss the issues with me. It turned out to be a simple fix and he helped me thru it. Went with this roofing company after a referral from a friend and the assurances of their repair estimator that "O'Connor stood behind its work". We hired O'Connor to fix a roof leak. Due to the location of the leak, we were told we needed to replace 10' of ridge, which was expensive and as it turns out, unnecessary. After moving forward with the recommended repair, the roof still leaked in the exact same spot. Initially, O'Connor repeatedly returned to try to fix the leak, but after 3 tries, we requested a refund at which time, the owner told us that they had fixed our roof and we probably had developed a new leak. To date, the company has refunded only half our money. We will need to pursue the rest in small claims court. Save yourself the headaches and go with another company.

"Collusion with our insurance adjuster"! I would give this minus 20 zero stars if that was possible. The VP O'Conner Roofing in shows up a day early to inspect our roof for hail damage. First he doesn't have a ladder. He asks if he can get on the roof out the window. I said yes, but you need to bring a 30ft ladder tomorrow when our claims adjuster is here. This seems fishy to begin with?? He shows up early today 7/27/16 for the inspection with a short ladder. He saw the house yesterday and knows how high the roof is. Why bring a short ladder if you can't get on the roof? He says he has looked at the roof and has determined their is no hail damage. I asked how can you tell if you haven't been on the roof? His reply, "I have high powered binoculars". What??? He was very condescending and rude. Maybe because I'm a small blonde woman? Then he and our claims adjuster get into his truck and drive around the back of my house in my alley and were gone for 15 to 20 minutes out of my site. At this time I was talking to our contractor (who was referred by our State Farm agent) already determined we DO have hail damage who came 2 days after the storm. When they come back around the front, I asked if they went in the backyard? His response, "yes". I said that's funny because our back gate has a pad lock on it! He stumbled and then said, "oh I mean the back of the garage and looked through the backyard". He and our claims adjuster finally get on the roof, walk around for about 5 minutes. One of our contractors went up there with them. Our contractor pointed out damage, but they said it didn't look like damage to them. Then they come down and say to me, "Just what I thought, no hail damage"! I've filed a complaint with the corporate HQ of State Farm. I will also be filing a complaint with DORA in Colorado and the BBB. Sounds like "Collusion" to me! Why does an insurance company collude with a roofer? Shouldn't State Farm have their own inspectors? This is totally illegal in my book! Watch out for this company! You do have rights as a homeowner!!
