While there was some damage done to personal property (Roofing is a messy business), Nate replaced anything that was damaged and did so in a timely manner. Pinnacle Home Exteriors - Stay Away!We hired Nate Ellis/Pinnacle Home Exteriors in early Spring 2023 to replace minimal siding and 9 windows on our brick ranch home. The project had a 2 week time frame. Long story short, after 8 weeks of repeated delays, no shows, installation errors, excuses of employee shortages and material shortages, face to face meetings, text messages, and emails, the Site Manager (his uncle), announced the job was done. We met with Nate the following business day, walked through the errors with the siding and gutter work, the shoddy window installation and incomplete finish work. Nate agreed, thanked us for our patience and let us know that he would have a new team come to fix and complete the work. Nate/Pinnacle never returned. We attempted to communicate at the business address he advertises on 14th Ave, Lakewood, and the business is not there. After 16 weeks of waiting, we had to hire another company to uninstall then re-install the windows, and complete the project. We would NEVER recommend Nate Ellis or Pinnacle Home Exteriors for ANY JOB. This has been a homeowners nightmare! Our neighbors are still joking about “the guy living in our backyard, talking on his phone all day”.

Wow…. These guys were good!!!! Nate coordinated several project at once that I was having done due to a hail storm…. All of the people who came to do work on my home were professional and courteous…. Excellent service! They spent a great deal of time working with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be repaired after a hail storm was addressed. We had a recent hail storm a year after the initial repairs and Nate contacted me and came out to see if there was any new damage that needed fixing. He did find damage, but not enough to require any new work. That is honesty at it's best! Don't hesitate to call Pinnacle for any work you need.Services: Roof repair, Skylight installation

The Pinnacle team did an excellent job on our full roof replacement. They fought by our side with our insurance company to get all of the work we needed approved and then did a great job on the work. They showed up when they said they would, got the work done as quickly as possible, cleaned up nightly and kept the job site organized. Once the work was done, we ran into some issues with the insurance company and Nate worked hard to get everything covered as previously promised. Nate and Pinnacle Home Exteriors was with us every step of the way. This was a two year process dealing with the insurance company. We finally got everything taken care with insurance and Pinnacle took it from there. From removing and storing the solar panels to the complete process of reroofing our home in a timely fashion. Once the roof was done it was time for new gutters. New gutters took one day. Clean up was a big part of the process, no trash or debris left behind. Everything looks amazing. I am just disappointed with the lack of response, which shows a lack of professionalism. We had someone come to evaluate our house and they were friendly enough and informative. We never received a quote. After a few text messages they no longer responded and we even tried calling several times. We weren't even in a hurry to get the our exterior done and would have waited if we had gotten any response. Again we told them we wanted them to work on our house many times. I gave 2 stars because I know they do decent work and obviously there is a lot of positive reviews, but our experience was poor. I am not mad but again just disappointed.*** An update- In terms of my response from this owner, my mom did contact you many times and I did leave messages from my phone as well. I will send the text messages to the email you provided, but we have already used another provider.

When the Hail hit Louisville Pinnacle was there helping us clean up and checking for damage. From the owner to the lowest worker, all were excellent hard working and did a fantastic job! They made the whole process effort free and worked for us with the insurance company. All I know is many of my neighbors were not able to get the insurance to repaint from the damage caused by the hail, but Pinnacle got it all done without hassle. Many in the area are still waiting to get their work done, but we are finished and very happy with Pinnacle Home Exteriors!I highly recommend Pinnacle Home Exteriors!!!!!!

Replace T-1-11 and lap siding, Install Z metal above 3 windows to stop water intrusion, remove and replace 6 ft. slot window, seal glass block window grouting, sand, wash, prime and paint N side of 2 story home.This work was performed with the utmost professionalism. Owner Nate kept us informed during the entire project. Punctual, performed services as agreed, quality craftsmanship and material. Performs a variety of services and did not add to the cost when doing a lot of additional caulking. All of his workers were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Extremely satisfied and would definitely use this company again if I had a need.

And then was great about making sure they roof met the standards for Jefferson County codes. We are much more confident today that our roof will be able to protect our house from future summer storms, as well as our harsh winters. And, the roof and gutters look great.
