Nick performed an inspection and was honest about what he saw. After setting up an appointment to come back a few days later to clean the gutters, they kept in touch and arrived right when we planned. I worked with Matt Boyd to fix some damage as a result of hail/water damage, and I was impressed not only with his professionalism, but with his friendly caring attitude toward the project and me as a person. I’m extremely satisfied with the work he did, upon completion, he left the job site cleaned and in good order. The crew at Treeline is definitely trying to deliver their services and run the business the right way. Roofing companies were stretched very thin from this massive storm, which I am sympathetic to. I would generally expect a positive experience from this company going forward.And I'm glad to report that i my project should be finished soon.*Original Review*About what you would expect after the large hail storm last spring. Good communicators up front. Pretty painless process to get an insurance claim going. Everything after that has been frustrating. Several delays on my project. They installed the wrong range hood vent so my range hood doesn’t function (a concern I expressed to them when materials showed up). Now Ive been waiting several weeks for a fix for that. Communication and service has been hit and miss since they cashed the check. With the on-going range hood issue my project has yet to be finished 5 month later.

Treeline is a great company. Locally owned and operated which is exactly what I want when I am doing projects at my own home. I was hit by a hail storm and Zach Goplen took great care of me. They use better products and have amazing employees that always see the project all the way through. I know personally that dealing with insurance claims are the worst, and these guys made it so seamless. They were very clear about my options and how to correctly do insurance claims. I only had to pay my deductible but they gave me options that resulted in discounts on my insurance in the future. They also made sure I approved of and like the products they were going to put on my home. They gave me all the options so that if I wanted too, I could use this opportunity to even upgrade damaged items that I had wanted to before. Since the projects were already being done, it made sense to take advantage and pay for upgrades, so that it was minimal out of pockets costs. Love these guys and love how flexible they were. I would recommend them for any home exterior projects whether it be insurance claims or even upgrades to your house. Good owners, good office crew, great project managers, even loved the crews they hired.

Our Insurance had denied us for repairs, and after meeting Matt and heard what he had to say after inspecting our roof, I trusted him to get it re-inspected and we got our new roof. 3 layers of old roofing was taken off and they got also got the insurance to pay for new decking underneath to bring it up to code.
