We had a very short timeframe to have our roof and gutters replaced, due to already being locked into another contract for work on our house. The folks at Tried and True were great about helping us to meet that deadline. Grant was our PM and he worked miracles getting materiel together and coordinating the roofing and gutter crews to meet our comitment; always with a smile. He was great and so was everyone who did the work. They showed respect for our property and cleaned up, leaving everything as they found it. We are very pleased with the new roof and gutters! Our paperwork was promptly submitted to our insurance and we received our check very quickly. We would definitely use these folks again and recommend them, highly.

We received excellent service from Grant Spruill and the team at Tried and True Roofing. I left an email request for a roof inspection and repair on their website and within an hour, Grant called me to ascertain the problem. He performed a thorough roof evaluation and supplied me with pictures of what appeared to be the problem. Within two days the repair was made! Grant called me a few times through this process to assure my satisfaction. Furthermore, he called after a heavy rain to make sure there was no leak. This was customer service above and beyond what I have experienced in the past and I really appreciate it.
