True North Restoration did a great job cleaning up the flood in my basement bathroom. A pipe had burst and flooded the area and because it was in the basement it made a huge mess before anybody noticed it was flooding. When I found out I thought that a lot of damage was happening. I called True North and they arrived at my home right away and were very nice and easy to talk to. They took care of everything and did excellent work.

True North was an absolute disaster to work with. When we needed someone to take control of our project, no one in their company could do it. Water damage took 8 months to complete. Worse yet, less than a year later their work is literally coming apart at the seams, and they refuse to even respond to an email. I would suggest staying far away.

True North came out ultimately as the cheaper option for my restoration project related to water damage, but it took a long time to get the work completed. They also left a few things not finished but would not return my calls after I paid them. Lastly, I am still trying to get them to send me a detailed invoice of the cost of materials and labor to send to my insurance company, but they will not send me anything or return my calls. Don't pay them until you get everything you need from them.

We used True North after a bursted pipe in December. We were SO happy with their services. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and did great work for mold and water damage. They didn’t do the best job at propping up our counters but did come out to try it again. Still wasn’t the best propping but great experience otherwise.

This is the first time we used Spectrum as I feel that steam cleaning is more effective on our carpets. We had a scheduling issue and Spectrum sent a team to work late on a Friday night to get our carpets cleaned. The team he sent were amazing! We actually found these guys online and once we spoke with them, we felt immediately at ease with regards to their accommodation and professionalism. Once we set a date, they kept the lines of communication open as their window of arrival approached. They arrived promptly within the window they promised and immediately got to work. The two-person team (a young man and young woman) were very friendly and they worked diligently to clean our carpets.We moved into our house a little over a year ago and the previous owner had pets that were clearly not monitored well. We also have two dogs (one is a 5-month old puppy) and despite our best efforts, there were indeed some accidents that made their way to our carpets. Nonetheless, with Spectrum's Pet and Deep Cleaning Treatment our carpets were literally like new again. When they finished (just under 2 hours for 5 rooms) my wife and I were literally astounded with the cleanliness of the carpets. You would have thought we just installed them.We are very pleased and our only regret is that we didn't call Spectrum sooner. It was an incredible service for a great price. If we ever need carpet cleaning again, we absolutely will have no hesitation calling Spectrum.Thanks, guys!-Jose

I have used various carpet cleaners throughout the years, but when I had Spectrum clean mycarpets for the first time a couple of years ago I knew I would never use anyone else. Every time they clean, it is excellent in every way. The person cleaning has always been polite, professional and thorough. The cleaning agents used on my carpet do such a great job, it looks new again. And the price is right! Okay, it's a little more than the cheapest company out there, but you get so much more with Spectrum. I probably shouldn't say this, but every time Spectrum cleans my carpets, they always throw in some extras, free of charge . Michael, the technician that did the cleaning today, was superb. I don't think I've ever seen anyone clean carpets so thoroughly. And he was so polite and friendly . You could tell he really cared about doing a good job .That is so rare today . Thanks Spectrum!

Nathan from Spectrum Cleaning & Restoration did a fantastic job on our mold mitigation. He was professional and took the time to explain every step of the process as well as the timeline for his work. He did a fantastic job and was professional and thoughtful throughout. We had quite the shock finding a huge mold issue in a house we hadn't even moved into yet but luckily Spectrum was recommended to us and they did an excellent job. It was great to work with Nathan at our house and Matt and Kelsey in their office during such a stressful and challenging time. Agent on the phone when I called was very helpful and informative. Was able to schedule within a few days which was wonderful. Two cleaning professionals came to clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend spectrum restoration for any carpet cleaning.After the carpet was fully dry the next day, we could see where there was still residue from the application of Carpet Guard. I called them and they sent 2 cleaning professionals that day, and used a carpet scrubber to remove the residue.WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW!THANK YO!

I highly recommend this company! We first used them for carpet and upholstery cleaning, then soon after for water damage due to a frozen pipe. Justin, the owner, is very personable and makes you feel like you’re his top priority. When Justin wasn’t available, Matt would take over and was great to work with as well. Fernando arrived a little early (great) and got right to work. I have never had a carpet cleaning professional take so much time and extra care cleaning the carpet and area rug. Other cleaners were in and out of my condo in 30 minutes. Fernando made sure everything was spotless and took nearly 2 hours doing it right. Highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Each person we've dealt with at Spectrum has been extremely professional and kind. They stand behind their work. Our dog had an accident last year and it was a very tough stain to get out and they kept coming back until it was made right. Even the owner came to help out. We hired them to come back this year for an annual cleaning and it was great work!

Spectrum did our whole house spring carpet cleaning today. They were running late owing to a situation which was not their fault at all. They called and let us know what their new ETA was. We have a lot of pets and a cat that pees in a particular closet if she can sneak in there. This is a smell that is nearly impossible to remove and we did not have high hopes. We had done the carpets in fall with a dry method that turned out to be a waste of money. Their cleaning was very thorough and far superior. To my absolute surprise they were able to get the cat smell out of the closet. I found a couple weird spots after they were gone and the technician was back out as fast as he could get here. We never determined what the spots were from but they came out immediately with a clean dry towel and the technician even offered to hook up his hoses again which wasn't necessary but very kind. Great service and great work! We will be using them from now on.

I have had carpet cleanings before when the stain reappears the next day. Well it has been a week now since Spectrum cleaned my carpets and they still look great, without a single stain reappearance! They got out many, many pet stains, old and new. The two man crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Spectrum!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They Promise a lot and fail on everything. Water damage happened in December of 2022 and the job is still not finish. They take the insurance money and short cut the job drastically. They have workers who come and drink on the job, workers who ask the Homeowner to run to Home Depot so the Homeowner can pay for the items they need. NO SUPERVISION By TRUE NORTH AT ALL.. Had 2 rugs cleaned by Spectrum and they came out great. Had talked to Matt just before COVID started and then it hit and he was great in communicating and once things settled down a bit they came by and picked up the rugs, cleaned them and delivered them back. Very happy with the service

The tech arrived more than 1/2 hour after the end of the 2 hour “window” I had been given. (He did call me right before the end of that window to tell me he was running late.). I had moved most of the furniture but the beds out of each room so there were no obstacles to the cleaning, and my carpets were what I would call lightly soiled with a few light stains. He first used a spray wand of cleaner, kind of haphazardly, and then made a single pass with the shampooing wand. When I pointed out to him the dirty spots that didn’t look clean, he was nice about going back over them, but only after I asked. And, obviously, I couldn’t walk into the rooms with wet carpet to check his work. In total, he was at my house for about an hour and a half, and about 2/3 of that time was spend hauling his equipment from the truck, from room to room and back to the truck. I am sure that he spent less than 1/2 hour actually shampooing my carpets (in 4 rooms). You can tell. They are slightly cleaner than they were, but if it weren’t for the lines the machine makes in the carpet, you wouldn’t know he had been here. I used Spectrum because I had a groupon, and I like the idea of greener cleaning. I won’t use them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them. I feel like I wasted my money.

The employee was on time and very courteous. He was done quickly and our carpets look much better. He was careful to check the materials of our carpets, and let me know that one was not safe for them to clean due to the silk content of the fibers. We greatly appreciated that info. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Spectrum for years and certainly will continue to do so!. They are 3M approved carpet cleaners and meet the requirements to keep my warranty in place from the carpet manufacturer. They do a great job and the technicians have always been professional and courteous.
