Great experience working with Watershed Roofing. We recently purchased our home and had the roof replaced as part of the contract with the sellers. Dave, the owner, was incredibly helpful and worked with us through insurance, negotiations, etc. Our project manager, Glen, was great to work with too. He was easy to get a hold of, kept us informed, and made sure the work was done on our tight timeline. The roofers were all nice and respectful while they were here. It was a difficult job (three-story home, tricky access, skylights, old solar panels) but our new roof looks great!! I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

We had our roof replaced with Watershed after a hail storm hit our neighborhood. From start to finish, our project manager Jose Herrera was extremely helpful in assessing the damage, working with our insurance company, and getting the job done on time. The roof looks great and we are very happy. Many of our neighbors are also working with Jose and Watershed and we would recommend this company to anyone else who has hail damage or just needs a new roof.

Our roof and skylights were damaged in the last hail storm. We have never filed an insurance claim before, so had no experience of the process. Jose Herrera the Project Manager for Watershed Roofing was extremely helpful! He was always very prompt in answering questions and was very good at guiding us through the whole process. My experience with this company was great. Jose, our project manager was helpful and responsive and anytime I had a question, concern ect he was there to help or would work to get the answer. He made multiple calls to insurance to help us along the way and made sure we were informed the whole time.

This company is horrible, they claim to do all the work for you but all they do is hire subcontractors to do the work that is actually done. They then will charge you for work that was never done. They make agreements and never follow through then will argue with you and your insurance company expecting payment for the work that was never done. Terrible customer service and terrible management. I would never recommend them and will be reporting them to the BBB.
