I hired Cody to fully replace a couple baseboards in my home which were damaged. Cody was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, professional, and did great work. I inquired about the work to several companies and other companies were just interested in the fastest way to get the work done, but not the right way. Cody was the only one interested in doing the job right and could do it at an affordable cost. I've hired Cody on three separate occasions for general repairs and improvements, including patching a wall, painting, installing cabinet hardware, wall mounting a tv, and hanging pictures. I have used other handymen in the past, but he has been by far the most professional and reliable. I have pretty high expectations as far as quality goes, and he has had no trouble meeting those. Needed a handyman to troubleshoot and fix smoke alarms for my tenants. Cody was super responsive, worked directly with my tenants for scheduling, gave an up front estimate and then completed the work right away. Cody knew the local codes, recommended only what I needed and pricing was fair. My tenants reported back to me that they were fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend NoCo and they will be my go-to for any future jobs.

We had Cody replace some interior doors for us. He was great at communicating throughout the process - sent over an estimate quickly, kept us updated on when our doors would be in, and did fantastic work installing everything. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor/handyman.

Cody and his crew just finished replacing a rotting wooden deck with a great Trex alternative. Working up in Redfeather, Colorado, around temporary closures due to nearby wildfires, they did a great job, providing photos of their progress to us.
