Communication was great and the tech was friendly, professional and efficient. Came out same day to see if they could do the repairs. Unfortunately I required a custom-cut spring. So a replacement had to be special ordered. But the tech had all measurements done in minutes and had the spring ordered immediately. Two business days later, they had the replacement installed in 40 minutes.

The entire process from start to finish with ABGD was affordable and very professional. Even better, they were able to fit me into their installers “rotation” despite being officially out of their service area which is a big problem where I live.Most places will service my city “main” but not my particular rural area of it. Others charge a trip fee almost equal to if not greater that the cost of the service itself. My door was considered a special order so there was a few weeks wait but the install date set when I submitted the order was spot on.The install team had both my broken 2-car and non-insulated 1-car door down and packed away in less than an hour. About 2 hours later they had both new doors fully installed, tested, and had shown me how to operate them without so much as a small scratch or ding in any of the material, unlike what happened at a previous residence of mine (quick, but not damage free). Hopefully I don’t need a new door anytime soon but if I do I’ll definitely be give ABGD a call before anyone else.

So we had an old door, circa 1988. Tornado in June was it's final straw. Replaced with new door, high lift and jackshaft opener. OMG!!! Mike was the only garage door installer in the area that understood what we were hoping for and he said no problem. Door arrived ahead of schedule and the 2 guys that came out got it done in 3 hours. BOOM!!! Somebody in Denver who knows what they are doing! Price was market, so no complaints. Service was key. New door is smooth, quiet, and lifts to where needed.
