We are in the process of selling out home. The buyers home inspection discovered a problem with the condition of the roof. Andy was able to step up on short notice and worked out all the details to get the roof replaced before closing. He was responsive to every phone call and text and kept us informed through the process. He brought in a large enough crew that they were able to complete the project in one day. After cleanup you would of never known they were ever here. I highly recommend Andy for your roofing needs.

Great experience with A Grade and Andy. He, under very short notice, replaced our roof in record time to meet our home sale and was there with the insurance people every step of the way. We had some issue with the insurance company paying out in a timely manner and Andy was super patient during the process. Great experience over all and would recommend.

Great experience with Andy and his crew! They were done in less than 2 days, and did an excellent job cleaning up respecting my property, and that of the neighbors. Andy was easily accessible throughout the entire process, and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory. The guys even went above and beyond to repair some plywood under the roof where it had been damaged. Highly recommend!

I cannot believe what a positive experience we just had!!! We had USAA inspect our roof, and Andy met the inspector at our home. A big snow storm was coming, so Andy and his team altered their schedules to get our roof done within three days and it passed inspection. Andy even came the day after the roof was completed with a metal detector to find dropped nails so that our dog did not get nails in his paws. Andy is a man of integrity, a great communicator, very well-versed with how to work with insurance companies, and an ethical business man. I can’t recommend this company highly enough… Hands-down the best roofer in the front range area!

I was extremely impressed with their timing and overall service. I had 2 properties that needed new roofs, both roofs were completed in 1 day. Replacing a roof causes quite a mess around the property and not all companies take the time to thoroughly clean up.AGrade did an excellent job ensuring all debris was cleared. Job well done!
