Posting a review of All Phase Restoration. After an encounter with a tornado, our family found our 28 year old tree resting on top of our home. With most of our neighborhood damaged we set out to find anyone who would tackle this 50 foot tree sitting on our home. We called All Phase Restoration about an hour after the storm. They promised to have crew out first thing the next day. As advertised we had a five man crew who worked all day to remove our tree and haul it way. We were so pleased with the effort and professionalism of the team, We called back to have all of our damages from the tornado handled by All Phase. All Phase dealt with the Insurance Company which was a huge PITA and were able to maximize the dollar amount to have all repairs completed. Almost $80,000 in damages were repaired after a long battle with Travelers Insurance Company. The damages include repairs to the chimney, new roof, a new solar panel, new window and door, new fence and deck repairs. Big shout out and thank you to Paul Lester the project manager for getting the project completed and dealing with us and Mark Pijanowski (owner) for dealing with our Insurance company, you guys are awesome. We appreciate the opportunity to express our gratitude for the personal care and attention to detail that Paul Lester provided for the beginning , middle and completion of our huge project at our home due to an accidental water leak in our kitchen for 3 days while we were out of state. The leak spewed water into the kitchen and down to the basement where the walls, ceiling and floors were all completely ruined. It took longer to complete than usual because we insisted on a particular carpet that was the same quality we had before and it was delayed. We knew he wanted to wrap up the job, but he handled it absolutely professionally. We got what needed done.We thank you for maintaining such high standards in your hiring.

I had never dealt with emergency restoration before. When our property manager, Sean Morrisey , recommended All Phase, I was glad to have a company I could rely on. And they came through. From start to finish, they had my best interests in mind. The agent who was my personal contact made sure I knew what to expect and when. At the end of the project there were a few minor issues. They fixed them immediately! I can’t recommend a better company. All Phase has my business now and next time. (Hopefully years from now!)

I recently contracted All-Phase Restoration to do the asbestos abatement and repairs on my water-damaged kitchen. They did an amazing job on all aspects, and they were always on top of the progress. My project manager, Travis Wrenn, kept in constant communication with me and the workers. Kudos to Julian (the ceiling texturer), Zack (the carpenter) and Travis for their excellent efforts. I can't remember the names of the asbestos abatement guys, but they made sure everything was safe to continue the repairs. None of this would have been possible with Shannon Stoecklein's oversight...he's very conscientious and customer-service oriented. Thanks everyone!!

The owner was great, his techs, not so much. Not only did they miss visible mold in my ceiling that they should have remediated, but there was also a rodent, and droppings that they completely ignored. It took multiple complaints to receive an adequate resolution, and even then, communication was sorely lacking.

Our property took some structural damage back in February and we are very happy that we chose All Phase to complete the repairs. Selling our home and needed repairs to a water-damaged garage after Seller's inspection. Called ServePro. They do not work on exteriors. They recommended Shannon and the folks at All Phase. Shannon was here that afternoon and gave us a quote later same that day. Travis and his crew started and completed the work on time and within budget. All Phase has recently conducted repair work after a burst pipe flooded our home. We have had countless issues with All Phase including a prolonged dispute concerning erroneous and faulty billing. Upon further review of this project, it has come to our attention that in addition to the accounting and billing failures, All Phase also neglected to secure the proper permitting with our city. This includes mandatory permits that were required for the installation of a gas water heater as well as a gas powered furnace. Both items required not only a permit from the city but also a mandatory inspection post-project. All Phase failed to secure the permits prior to installation as well as failed to conduct a post installation inspection with the city inspector. These facts have been confirmed and corroborated with multiple city officials.Although permits are not required for other work that All Phase conducted as part of this project, including electrical, plumbing, and drywall, according our city’s building department they are preferable.The failure on the part of All Phase to secure these permits exposed me and my family to significant risk and liability. Not to mention the possibility of potentially requiring the work to be deconstructed and then reconstructed with proper permitting.We have had so many difficulties with this contractor. They were not only unpleasant to work with, having provided improper and incorrect invoices as to be borderline criminal, they failed to secure proper permitting for our project having left us exposed to undue risk.If you have the choice I’d highly recommend staying as far away from this contractor as possible.

I can't recommend All Phase Construction enough! They were professional in every way-from the line item estimate through the construction of our bathroom remodels and kitchen flood repairs. Steve, our project manager, let us know a schedule of what day and time workers would be here and they arrived at that time. In the rare instance when things had to change he always let us know the day before, and told us when they would come instead. The quality of the tiling, plaster work, painting, cabinet installation, and plumbing was excellent. If I need future construction work done I will certainly call All Phase.

Explained the process well and was very transparent.Then, we moved on to Steve. Steve was the project manager for our job. Again, Steve retuned my calls and texts immediately and worked us in before the holidays. Steve was very much present in the job process and kept in touch with me often making sure I was happy with each step. He sent the best of the best guys (David and Danny) out to complete the job. I was very happy with my experience with All Phase Restoration. I had some water damage to my hardwood floor which was caused by a leak in the under-floor hydronic heating system. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the path forward and were very flexible as we changed the plan when new details about the problem and associated options became available (even as I chose to stretch the repair timeline over the course of a year). I especially want to thank Paul Lester who kept me informed on the various phases of the project and was very transparent about the most cost efficient way to make the repairs. The leak and associated damage were a pain to deal with but Paul and the team were great partners in getting everything fixed.

We had a major flooding event in our basement. AllPhase was very clear and easy to work with. We did a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves and Allphase passed this effort into the overall cost of the project. I was recommended to Allphase by the contractor who did my basement remodel. The process started off great with the estimator, Mitch who was great to work with and then it all went downhill as soon as our contract was signed and handed over to our project manager Travis. He was very unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful. He did not communicate or manage our repairs. Never knew when crews were gonna show up. Cancelled on us the day of when floors were to be replaced. Didn’t care or follow up with poor quality drywall repairs that had to be redone. Never did a final walk thru and still have things that need addressed but DO not want them back in my home. Very disappointing.

My experience, much like the first, was based on their professionalism, effectiveness, cleanliness, constant communication and exceptional end results. In both instances, Scott Sarkisian (Estimator) had been appointed my projects, and again, because of his expertise and outstanding ability to analyze and communicate in layman's terms, I felt confident in moving forward with All Phase.Project Manager, Paul Lester did a remarkable job in grasping the scope of the project, overseeing contracted workers, managing and noticing the tiniest of details. He also did an excellent job in overseeing that all phases of work was done in a timely fashion.Also want to acknowledge Danny Ilioi for his phenomenal tile work, multiple talents and his flexibility.Highly recommend All Phase Restoration!

I would have to say I am less than impressed with All Phase Restoration. I called months ago and got an estimate from them to repair water damage to my kitchen and finished basement bedroom. I then informed them that o would like to use their service. I needed all new flooring, padding, ceiling and insulation, drywall and a couple of cabinets. I decided to use Carpet Express to do the flooring because they would work with me in price to redo all the flooring in my house, but I was going to have All Phase do all the rest. I believe it was about $8,000 for the insurance portion of what remained. When All Phase learned from my insurance company that I thought it made since to have Carpet Express do the baseboards (which wasn’t much at all and made no sense because they would have to come back again after the flooring was done), they told my insurance company that I needed to find another contractor. I sat for weeks with a torn up kitchen waiting for them to call to get started. They never called me. When I followed up, I was told they do not work well with other contractors, that they cannot compete with Carpet Express on their flooring, and that my price just didn’t pay them enough to make it worth their while. I then told them that I was planning on using them to remodel my whole kitchen, including all new cabinets, lighting and counters, just not the floors, it still wasn’t enough. What I’m most upset about is the time I lost waiting for them and having to start over. It was quite disrespectful to lead me on and then not to call and speak with me directly.

Kind, responsive, always comes prepared with two or three solution options for us and why he'd recommend one over the others.
