They came the same day of our incident, gave great guidance so we could get the process of an insurance claim started and when coming back the next day to start work, agreed to wait till the next day to help my daughter and grandson have time to get moved out of the space before he started his work. Jeff, Mateo, Jose, Enrique and team were a blessing in the midst of a mess. Jeff was easy to communicate with. The project was easy to schedule and happened quickly. Repair and remediation jobs are not always this smooth. My family knows as we have had 2 houses to fix this year at the same time and have seen both sides of the coin on hiring and getting the projects done - even with bigger companies.For us they did mold remediation, Sheetrock, texture, paint, replacing trim, resetting toilet - even had to take down fireplace facing and hearth.For my mother in law they came in and took over a water remediation project started by one company, then repairs started with another local co, and Jeff’s team got more done in a week than other company did in 5 weeks. They did ceiling texture removal, Sheetrock repairs, cleaning, painting and texturing. Jeff continues to handle parts of that home to get her back home. We are finally seeing progress and an end point for her.Highly recommend Jeff and his team!!! We are so thankful to have found them.

Jesse with Best Option was extremely responsive to my needs. He prioritized getting us a quote and completing the work within a day. His quote was reasonable and his work was excellent. He was very informative about all the aspects of the job and went above and beyond to address our sewage spill problem and ensure that we understood all the aspects of cleaning up the spill properly. Our basement looks as though the spill never happened and we feel relieved knowing that our house has been properly cleaned and sanitized. I strongly recommend Jesse and Best Option Restoration.

I normally don’t leave many reviews but I felt the need to share my story for this tremendous generous and knowledgeable company. I recently incurred what is a considered a category 3 (extremely dirty water) incident in my home. It is my first time having this issue and I did not know where to turn. However, via a friend, I was able to track down this company and there, I came across John Dios and David G! They answered all of my questions and handled my issue expeditiously! They were so professional and I especially appreciated the fact that they were patient bc I’m pretty sure I drove them crazy with my questions and concerns. They kept me well informed on what they were doing and how they would danger it done. If you are ever seeking a stellar experience and a knowledgeable and resourceful team to help guide you through bringing your home back to pre-loss condition, this is the company to do it! For the the money I paid to have my kitchen floor done, it would've made sense to have the dining room done as well.The worker that did my floor wasn't even the regular flooring technician, therefore there were some issues. Not too pleased with the outcome, but we both tried to fix some of the problems together. I should've received a much bigger discount after all was said and done.

I would recommend Ron to ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Hands down the best possible experience we could have had as 1st time homeowners. It was Devastating to discover we had water damage in our new home that wasn't disclosed after the inspection. Ron took the time to explain everything in detail, wasn't pushy about ANYTHING, helped us navigate our homeowners insurance (which he certainly didn't have to as that is not his job), followed through on every promise, and had the best demeanor and personality. He even went as far as sending some flowers to congratulate us on our new baby long after the work had been completed! Ron, you were incredible to work with and I can't tell you how much we appreciated your professionalism and knowledge during such a chaotic time for us as clueless first time home owners. The scare tactics used were not only annoying and silly, talking of the "possible horrors under my home" but were just incredibly unprofessional. Find a long standing, reputable company. This isn't it!!

Carter helped us remediate some water damage in our home. He was efficient, down to earth, focused on pursuing the right intervention in the right way, and making sure that his process worked with me and my husband's lives. No one wants to be in a situation where you need to take care of water damage--but, for what it's worth, if you have to, Carter was a great person to work with. I have been looking for a restoration company for a few days and I came across best option restoration, and based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. It was the best decision ever. Mr. Carter came over and looked at what we had gave us a pro and was ready to start the next day because this was an insurance issue. He called the insurance adjuster, gave him all the information and was ready to go. He gave us a time that he would be there. He was very front and extremely professional. The basement was a mess but it didn’t discourage Mr. Carter. He came in the next day and was working his tail off. He got the basement dry in 3 days.I do have to say his process is a lot different from other peoples processes, but when I googled, I was happy to find that his way what’s the right. As a result of smoke damage to my attic insulation from the recent Marshall Fires, I contracted Best Option Restoration Services to do a complete attic insulation removal and replacement at my home, as they came highly recommended to me and provided me with the most competitive price quote. Mike, Jose, Victor, and Luis were very polite and all communicated very well with me, from start to finish, during this entire process. They all coordinated and worked very efficiently together with the entire job being completed promptly in 1 and 1/2 days time. The entire process was also done very cleanly such that there was absolutely no clean-up effort required on my part, upon completion of this project. I would highly recommend the mitigation side of this company. It was timely, quick, and great results. The rebuild side was a bit of a nightmare, due to lack of communication between multiple parties. I was told many times someone would be showing up, only to be told after many hours had passed that there was some sort of delay or emergency. It took almost a month to finally get the rebuild finished, during which my kitchen sink was unusable.

I highly recommend Best Option Restoration of Boulder and Thornton. Mike and his team member, Victor, were very responsive. My ceiling started leaking on a Sunday evening and they came out promptly and made me feel very comfortable with next steps.This was the third area that had leaked in my kitchen within two-weeks. While other companies came out and thought the had resolved the problem, that was not the case. Victor assured me that B.O.R. would not leave me in a lurch like the former companies and that they would make sure they found the source of the water.Both Victor and Mike were very communicative via phone and text keeping me informed of next steps as everything was happening. In June 2021, a thunderstorm brought water through our roof (which our HOA had not maintained, though we were unaware of this until it was too late), and into the ceiling of our bedroom closet. The water damage was pretty extensive- the ceiling and part of the exterior wall needed to be restored. B.O.R. did an AMAZING job of taking care of everything, and worked with us over the course of a few weeks to get this job done. They took care of getting the room dried, checking for and removing mold, the deconstruction and reconstruction of the damaged ceiling and walls, and painting the walls and ceiling. By the end of the reconstruction, our closet looked as good as new.Additionally, their customer service was wonderful. All of their employees are friendly, on time to work, and return every call. Throughout the time we used this company, Kyle was extremely helpful in providing advice, answering questions, and making sure I was comfortable with how things were being handled and completed. They work very efficiently, and make sure that each task they need to perform is done correctly before they move on to the next task. You can rest assured knowing that the work you need done will be done well and handled correctly by this company.While I hope we are not in a similar situation again anytime soon, with water draining out of our ceiling and through the walls, I am at least comfortable in knowing that B.O.R. would be the company we could call on again to help us out. I had a bad experience with a prior company and ended up finding these guys online. We found some mold under siding on the back of our house and needed to get it treated. They were able to come to my house and evaluate the problem in very little time. Their estimate was even under the other company's and they could do it sooner. Excellent find and I highly recommend! John did an excellent job doing some mold remediation at our townhome that we were trying to sell. He was efficient and was able to squeeze us into his schedule very quickly. What really sets BOR apart, however, is the communication and follow through. John spent 25 minutes during our initial phone call explaining what he would likely do. Also, after he was done, he coordinated other contractors to help out with other aspects of the job. Would definitely recommend BOR!

Great industry knowledge, but not good business ethics with their billing. Be very skeptical of their estimates. Ask for a written quote emailed. They added 30% to the cost of their estimate and told me after the inspection was completed when my card was in hand. Terribly unethical. All I asked them to do was perform a no work inspection and they were off their quote 30%??? This is a greedy company. Be very careful.

I experienced a large water leak late at night and when I called B.O.R. they wasted no time troubleshooting my situation and were on site within the hour.
