Did not have a good experience at all. Communication was terrible. We told them not to remove the gutters and they did and now it has been three weeks and our gutters are still not on. Recommend going to another company. We are currently selling our house and this is deleting us closing because we cannot get anybody to come out and put our gutters back on

These guys have called me what feels like every other day for weeks. I asked them to stop calling me and to not show up at my house, as we are not interested in their services at this time. They must be really looking for jobs because even with me telling them to stop calling me they still call me and most of the time don’t leave a message. I had to block their number.

We were in a bind to get our roof replaced ASAP and Dan with “Colorado Exteriors” was recommended to us by our realtor. Dan was very responsive from the start, and met the insurance adjuster on site to help ensure he found enough new damage to get a claim accepted. Aurora had a large hail storm prior and every roofing company was weeks out, even “Colorado Exteriors”. We discussed the predicament we were in and Dan was able to get everything expedited. He was prompt, very communicative, and extremely kind. He spoke to people in a very friendly manner, but did not come across as a fake friendly by any means, he is genuinely a good person. Before moving, I was a licensed general contractor in Aurora. I am extremely picky on my work, therefore extremely picky on who I use as my subs. If I were continuing my work in that area, I would not hesitate to continue using him and his company for future projects. Highly recommended

I was referred to this company by a friend and had interviewed many contractors. I met with Dan and Matt and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and able to navigate this process very professionally. The roofers that came were very respectful of my property, the painter did a wonderful job and the new gutters went on smoothly. Colorado Exteriors met with my adjuster and made the whole process extremely easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services.

This company is not professional, does not communicate and refuses to respond to email. I have contacted the owner by voicemail due to issues from the install on Day 1, with no response even weeks later, no response with several emails sent as well. They did not know the Inspection Code for the City I live in and had to return to take shingles off, bend them upside to show proof of ice-melt, (which is not the best for the shingles). They placed a piece of metal over the overlapping area of my roof and left an opening which we found a very large wasps nest now in and will be every year. Not sure why they even put the metal there. They also covered up 2 of our bathroom vents with shingles. They knocked down our light fixture hammering so hard on the roof. Cracked the garage ceiling from the aggressive hammering as well. Very unprofessional outfit here and no very good workmanship with this bunch either. Hopefully the ceiling lasts! We shall see...They took off our trim around our roof and did not replace it. The trim around our windows was taken off and replaced with silicone and painted the color of the wood trim that was previously there. We were told a supervisor would be present, there was not one and no one claimed to speak English. There is overspray paint over our vents, we did not want our vents spray painted. The spray paint ended up all over our white siding. The attic is littered with shingle fragments, and large wood pieces even a few stuck in the sheetrock of our indoor ceilings. There are spaces exposed in our siding now with insulation and Styrofoam exposed right where the snow piles up. I would think twice about going with this company after the workmanship they showed with us. We were referred to them by fellow military families, however they worked with them 15 years ago, very different crews working for them now. It was a very stressful and unnerving experience. Unfortunately, Colorado Exteriors has proven to be not an honest company. However, the salesman Dan, says what he needs to in order to get the roof sold for the job. This company appears to be all about the money and could care less about the contractors who the staff out for the actual workmanship.Service: Roof installation

They provided excellent quotes that were thorough and accurate, offered a fair price, and when issues came up during the install they were communicative and dealt with it immediately. I appreciate businesses that are straight forward and honest, and I feel Colorado Exteriors provided quality and professionalism in spades. Highly recommended.
