My father had recent hail damage and needed his roof repaired. Since my dad is older, I helped him with the process, and we chose Colorado Preferred Roofing. Our rep answered all our questions and explained the process. I was surprised by how responsive he was. He helped us pick a color that worked well with my dad’s home. After completing the roof, they cleaned up all the materials and left our yard spotless. Our rep was fast in providing the documentation of the work including photos to the insurance company. They made the process so easy, that I even asked them to do a free inspection of my roof and they told me that I didn’t need a roof for another 4 years. So, I can say they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

I contracted with Colorado Preferred to install new roof and gutters on my house which were damaged from a hail storm. Art Hart represented Preferred. He did a great job managing the installation, negotiating with insurance company and getting the roof and gutters done on time and at a good price. Colorado preferred roofing did an excellent job came out and replace my roof after many other contractors gave me the runaround they were very courteous and communicated very well. Only had to make one call and they knew exactly what I needneeded. Done highly recommend them. Art is amazing! Continuely checked in to make sure everything was going as planned. Always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of at my home. I have dogs and was very concerned since I work and cannot always be home. Workmanship is excellent. I have not had to deal with the Insurance Company at all. I trust Art take care of it. This company was very professional throughout the entire project which consisted of roof, gutters, fascia, soffits and chimney cap. They also accommodated a special request to add caps to my homes architectural beams as well.Cris and team did an excellent job working thru challenging weather and material availability. I was especially impressed with the long day the roofers put in.In summary they stuck to the contract, did exactly what they said they would do and had great communication along the way. Mark and everyone at Colorado Preferred Roofing were professionals in every way. When the hail hit our area in June and we didn’t think twice and called Mark right away. He responded quickly and was very responsive to our calls and questions.The roofing team worked a very long day and the clean up was exceptional.Mark had inspected our roof a year or two ago after another roofing company indicated we had damage. He checked the roof and assured us that we were fine and that while there was some wear, we did not need a new roof. Big shout out to this incredible business. We used CO Preferred Roofing for our new roof installation. Dan was incredible all the way through. Our roof replacement was a warranty replacement and no other roofer was helping us to work with the shingle warranty. This all took place after a home purchase and we had little to no communication with the warranty company. Dan Matheny was a saving grace. Not only did he work with our warranty certificate but his customer service was top notch. No matter the time or day, he would always take my calls, never made me feel worried about anything in the process and showed up with the most professional crew. His men did an incredibly quick and professional job on the tear down and installation. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. I started out using CPR after a hail store hit our neighborhood. When they came through and did the inspection they offered shingle upgrades to class 4 if I didn't bother getting a quote from anyone else to push us to use them. Was originally pretty excited with what they said they were going to get done for us. When the insurance adjuster came out to look over the house they sent someone else out to meet with them that was absolutely clueless. The insurance adjuster asked them for the contract of work to be done and the CPR rep had no clue, asked multiple times what he needed to ask his boss for. The insurance adjuster seemed mildly annoyed by the incompetence, I asked him if it was pretty standard stuff and he said yes 100%. The CPR rep later told me to email him with something saying what they were going to do so he could send it over to the insurance company, which I had to explain to him that it doesn't work like that, they are supposed to provide a quote on the work and I sign it and they send it over to the Insurance company... It pointed out to me they hadn't really prepared for the insurance adjuster, and I didn't have confidence in the work they would be doing so I told the CPR rep he could leave, as I would be finding another company.

What a great company!! We had our roof replaced, and Josh took care of everything. He was very reliable and made the whole process easy. He worked with our insurance agent from the beginning and sent us copies of any correspondence, so we would always be up to date. We were referred to Mark and Colorado Preferred by our realtor. Absolutely amazing person and organization. He listened and understood our situation. He seemed constantly available, making scheduling with our insurance adjuster easy. The quote and estimate and work we needed done were completed in lightning fast time, and the work was stellar.
