This roofer team is OUTSTANDING! The Assessor/Project Leader, Gregory, promptly responds to calls and emails. He offered insights and advice on the kind of roof and materials required, instead of just trying to sell me more. The project crew was excellent and paid remarkable attention to detail. I had an additional project underway, so the crew had to return on a different day to complete a small porch roof. They didn't have any problems with this and efficiently fit that small roof into their schedule, enabling me to wrap up my project. If you're looking to replace your roof in Littleton, I would highly endorse this roofer team.

Denver Intelligent Roofing did an excellent job and their level of communication and transparency was impressive. Gregory was fantastic during our initial inspection/estimate and was very accommodating to our needs. this is a revision of my previous review where i had mentioned that no one came for the roofing service. gregory, the owner, got in touch to clarify that a call was actually made, but the tenant in littleton failed to answer. i'm glad gregory took the time to clear things up. he also proposed to make another attempt to reach the tenant. it was indeed a productive conversation.

did a phenomenal job! Travis and his team finished putting a roof on a house that we are purchasing. Travis, the task manager, was thorough from quotation to completion. Not only did they surpass our expectations by completing the task within a tight window but they came in early and worked late to get it done before the rain came. We had a long stretch of old steel gutter that was leaking. Chandler's team did a awesome work of "surgically" removing the old gutter, without having to involve the roof--with old houses, which our is, steel gutters are often installed *under* the roofline. Chandler's professionals did a terrifc task of avoiding that expense & hassle. Replaced the old gutter with a seamless new one, that matches our existing gutters & our new paint job! Matt, the project foreman, was a pleasure to deal with--great communications--and the installers were punctual, fast, courteous & neat! Like they were never here! 5 enthusiastic stars!
