Really have enjoyed working with this company. My family and I are in our first home and this was our first experience needing a new roof after hail damage. We had questions at just about every step and EcoShield walked us through everything and kept us informed about what needed to happen next. Their process was streamlined and the actual replacement was done in a day. They even advocated for us with both our HOA and insurance company to get a better quality shingle than what we had before the storm. When the big hail storm hit June 2023 in Frederick our home suffered a great deal of damage. The skylights in our kitchen were damaged, the roof suffered damage,the siding in the front of the house and back of the house was damaged along with the the fencing in the backyard. EchoShield took care of all the damage.The very next morning they had someone out to cover the skylights to prevent further damage to our interior. They handled all of the insurance and delt with all the permits for the town. We did not have to do anything. Their staff did everything and was professional and communicated very well.I would highly recommend this company they have integrity and are honest in everything they do. The salesman who took our order, Zach told us what would happen and was honest.All of the trades people who came to our home respected it and us. This company hires only skilled people.

Thanks to a derecho storm on 6/6/20, our house suffered major structural damage from our 30+ year old cottonwood tree that split and landed on the house. Thankfully, EcoShield staff were very helpful over the summer and fall we spent with multiple repairs--their professionalism and building knowledge is excellent and we would highly recommend them to anyone. They dealt with multiple insurance adjusters who honestly I think were learning from EcoShield staff and they were always kind and yet solid with their recommendations and paperwork. We hope to be finished with our final window replacements in March 2021, so we know how a company like this should work over a nine-month time span. Excellent company & highly recommended!!!

We used EcoShield Exteriors for our recent roof and gutter replacement. They worked with our insurance company and were patient and timely. It can be challenging to get these things done with contractors and insurance companies arguing. We have been through the wringer previously. However, EcoShield Exteriors made it as seem less and easy as possible. They did what they said they would, on time, and with good communication and professionalism. When adjustments needed to happen with the insurance company they supported us in doing it the whole way through. The end product was great and we are very pleased.

I came across EcoShield Exteriors after inquiring on Yelp about adding gutters to the upper level of my home. Eddie was quick to respond, and his quote came in very reasonable. I wasn’t sure what to expect since there were no reviews for the company, but decided to take my chances, and I’m sure glad that we did!Eddie and his brother Bernie were complete professionals, from start to finish, with great customer service and a friendly can-do attitude. When Bernie checked in with me on the project, he was respectful of calling me at work, and even congratulated me on our newborn son. Recognizing the difficulty in raising your firstborn, he even went above and beyond, and offered to take down my Christmas Lights on the roof after I had completely forgotten about this. He even stacked them neatly in a perfect bunch, and was careful to not break them. This was definitely not at all expected, but very much appreciated that he’d be willing to help us with this.Then my wife told me that Bernie even helped her friend that was visiting our house get unstuck from the snow as she was trying to leave. Talk about going above and beyond! My wife couldn’t have been happier, especially as some of our other contractors haven’t lived up to such a high standard.When all was said and done, EcoShield did an outstanding job, and executed on the project flawlessly. The bid even came right in as quoted, which is always much appreciated. Do yourself a favor- if your looking for quality work with a friendly smile, look no further. To my surprise I received a card in the mail "Thanking" me for allowing this company to inspect my roof. I was out of town and didn't arrive back until September 22nd, this card was mailed out September 8th. If someone did inspect my roof, it was without my permission.A rep eventually came to my house, the conversation was high pressure and I didn't appreciate it. Based on this I would not use this company.

I highly recommend EcoShield Exteriors. I worked with Rich Bayne to review the damage and condition of my roof and he assisted me throughout the insurance claim process. My insurance company like many do I’m sure tried to only cover part of my new roof. Rich advised me what my rights were for challenging their decision and how to use a Public Adjuster to do it. In the end they paid my full claim and I credit the guidance I received from Rich and his team throughout the process. They then installed my new roof which we are very happy with. My roof was damaged last summer from a hail storm and my father in law suggested I contact EcoShield Exteriors because they had recently installed a new roof for him and he was very happy with their work. I called EcoShield and spoke with Rich Bayne who was very professional and helpful. Rich met with me a few days later at my house to do a roof inspection and confirmed the roof was damaged.
