How often can you say a contractor exceeded your expectations? Hans and Mike did that and then some. They set the gold standard when replacing our roof. Spent time inspecting the roof, explained the hail damage, seamless project management from meeting insurance adjuster, ordering materials, supervising the installation, and being onsite consistently. High quality materials and additional ice and water shield added as an extra to areas that simply was the right area for it. Made sure code was followed. Showed up as scheduled and stayed late to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up. They are not just contractors, they are members of our community that care about doing it the right way and a high level of service. It is a pleasure to write a review for Encore Roofing! I hired them to replace a roof on a house I was selling and I needed the work to be done fairly quickly. Mark and Hans were great! They came out very quickly and got me a good quote, and they were able to complete the entire job before my deadline. Very professional team and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again.

I had my roof done about a month ago by Hans and Mike of Encore. The experience was awesomely great. I’m currently watching two neighbors roofs being done an am realizing the quality of Encore’s work. For example, the underlayment felt used by the other guys is standard traditional tar paper... Encore used a newer material that I could not tear by hand. Much improved material. Encore also put ice and water shield material on several areas, not required by code, but “the right thing to do.” I was very impressed with the final outcome, it’s really an example of a high quality job. Their communication was excellent, pricing quite fair, cleanup done well, and Mike came by the next day to inspect now that everything was completed. I’d absolutely use them again.
