Wow - what a fantastic experience we had from start to finish. Bruce came out and gave us a competitive bid that was significantly lower than two other highly rated companies. Once we committed, we got a helpful fre color consultation from Kimberly. Days later our project manager Rob came out to walk through the process and confirm our color choices. That morning Xochitl and her crew started work. The did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, all doors and trim for our living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, hallways, and 3 bedrooms. They did the entire project in 3 days. we thought it looked perfect but our project manager Rob spotted a few tiny spots we didn’t notice and had Xochitl come back to spend 15 minutes to fix them. The only word to describe this high quality work is PROFESSIONAL. 100% pleased.

I loved that company, they did a great job. We hired them for interrior and exterior. Prices are also reasonable if compare to other paint companies.Team paid attention for the small details and wirjers were never late, they clean everything after they done. Great job all the way from the initial walk through to the final walk through! Two full days start to finish well ahead of the 3-5 day they thought could take for approximately 2,000 square feet of painting. Color consultant Kimberly was outstanding too, included in their pricing was 1 hour consultation with her and really impressed with her skills and talent in designing a room. Crew was excellent and do nice clean work. Thanks 🙏

We were extremely impressed with Exemplary Painting, from the various tiers of staff to the quality of the exterior paint job. When the job was done and we were satisfied, and were prepared to make payment, we were told before they took payment, a specific individual would come out and inspect the paint job to ensure that it met their standards. Lastly, it was the first time we've ever received a thank you note from a painting company for our business. I highly recommend using them!

I would absolutely recommend exemplary painting to anyone who needs their house re-painted. We basically did a whole interior paint job including extremely high ceilings, kitchen cabinets, and we needed to do a paint flip for several of the rooms. Rob our project manager was always communicative and responsive with the painting project. We weren’t there to oversee the project but Rob kept constant communication with the progress of the job. He has great attention to details and pointed out specific things that the painters would do in order to achieve the look we wanted. I can’t recommend them enough!

They did our large stucco house recently and did a fantastic job. It was a difficult house to paint - lots of nooks and crannies and the stucco kept eating up all the paint but they were here every day and worked hard. Everyone was polite and thoughtful, and paid a lot of attention to getting the detail just right.Their pricing was very good and they were very quick to get back to us anytime I reached out to them. We evaluated these top 5 on price, company’s importance of customer focus, amount of experience, and ease to communicate with the estimator and front office. Exemplary Painting separated themselves from our other 4 bidders.Erick managed a crew that worked well together, excelling in preparation, precise spraying and detailed brush work, and cleanup. Erick was easy to talk with and kept us in the loop with daily updates and asking questions when he needed our input. We wondered when he said he would finish in 3 days, remembering the job had taken previous contractors longer. He and his crew showed up on time each morning, were courteous, and worked steadily all day in an coordinated manner and left the site clean and orderly each evening - and he finished in 3 days. Bruce came in a few times to answer questions ahead of time, and then Rob and the painter David came in one last time before starting and we're super patient while we made a few last minute changes. We originally only wanted to paint a room or two, but after getting great quotes and a fast completion date we decided to paint pretty much the entire interior of our home and we are SO HAPPY with the results, it feels like a completely new house! Exemplary painting was great to work with! Bruce, Rob, and the whole crew were extremely professional and kind. They did a great job removing our popcorn ceilings and doing some painting. They were very thorough, doing walkthroughs before and after the work, and made sure every detail was perfect. David and Judith at Exemplary Painting did an amazing job painting our remodeled master suite. They were kind, professional, and take pride in their work. For example, there are no brush strokes on our wood trim because they go over it with a roller - it looks super clean. We had a change order on the last day and they made it happen. We had one minor touch up on a wall and after one more coat of paint it looks great.

I could not recommend Exemplary enough! From the beginning, Bruce was thorough and accommodating, talking through options and providing various quotes to match. Initially we had Exemplary come to paint a new unfinished staircase railing. The staff was courteous and professional and did an amazing job! They did so well we had Exemplary come back and paint the outside of our house, something we weren’t planning on right away but knew we found a great company. Again the crew was outstanding, from the scheduling to the PM and the painters. Everything was done to the highest standards and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Our job was almost the full interior of our home and highly recommend Exemplary Painting, especially the crew of David, Liz, and Judith!We had a few issues come up during the process and it was immediately obvious how much the owners, Bruce and Matt, cared. They took the time to listen to our concerns and they went above and beyond to make everything to our expectations. This is truly appreciated as not many companies seem to care anymore and will treat you as just another customer. We never felt that way with Exemplary.Before the job even began, they offer a color consultation with Kimberly that we used. We had so much fun with her while going through colors and what we liked/disliked. In the end, the colors she helped us choose are perfect and we love them.As for our painting crew of David, Liz, and Judith, we were beyond impressed! It was obvious from the moment David arrived that our project was in good hands. When I decided I needed to get the exterior of my home painted I had no idea who to contact to get quotes. It's not easy to decide who to chose when you don't have a personal referral from a family or friend. I did some research on Nextdoor, Angi, and Google and came up with three companies to contact, including Exemplary (found on Nextdoor).I made an appraisal appointment through their website and received an email confimation. Bruce came out, gave me a quote, and walked me through their process. He was the only company rep that gave me a detailed quote on the spot. Exemplary was not the cheapest, but was the only company that was using Sherwin Williams Emerald paint (their highest most durable paint). They actually quoted three levels of SW paint, which was unique compared to the other quotes, which only used one type of paint. Bruce was quick to respond to my follow up questions, which was appreciated.Another aspect of their service that I appreciated is being able to use their color design expert. Kimberly was amazing. I had pre-approved HOA colors, and I chose a gray color that was just okay, since I didn't like any of the other color combos. I thought that Kimberly would just come and confirm that the gray worked with my brick color, but in the hour I had with her I did a 180 and ended up painting my house a nice warm green with cream trim. I hadn't expected that to happen, but it was a great choice. I'm so happy with the colors and it creates real impact and curb appeal for my house, which had previously been lacking.I received my quote in mid-May, and Rob the PM called me in early June to get my project started. There was a slight delay wholly due to getting HOA approval for my new colors. On the day the project started Rob came with the paint crew and we did a walk around the house to point out problem areas (I had a broken piece of siding that they replaced for me) and areas that would need extra caulking. The painting took two days (I have a one story house) and after the first day I sent Rob some pictures of areas that I thought would need additional attention, and he passed the information on to the crew. They finished on the second day and Rob came back later that week to do a final walk around and mark any last issues for the crew to fix up. The crew was respectful and professional. The house looks amazing.I would highly recommend Exemplary painting. They did a great job and were responsive to all my concerns. In my 55 years of home ownership and building many homes, I've never had a crew do this quality of work. The painters they hire are quality from top to bottom. No short cuts. Jade did our outside fixtures and he's excellent and takes pride in his work as he should. Exemplary does the job right and at a fair price. They select the right paint product for the job so you don't have to call them back a year after the job. They guarantee their work and stand behind it. Exemplary Painting does an excellent job at hiring amazing workers. Abe, Uriel, and Victor painted our whole house. They were always on time and stayed late to complete the job. They were very organized and tidy, and so respectful of our furniture. They were consistent with working very hard to get this big project complete. The finished job was impeccable, we have no complaints. Additionally, the company has great communication skills; they were at my house twice before they started painting. The third time was when I met the crew to see if they would be a good fit. I received regular updates to see how the job was going. Again, the job couldn't have been more smoothly.
