Selecting GCCS Roofing to handle our roof proved to be an excellent choice. Weston started by giving us a full inspection and a report outlining the extent of the required repairs. He handled communications with our insurance company and scheduled the work on the roofing, soffits and gutters. The crew was on time and they did an excellent job completing the project. The team was prompt on installation day. We worked directly with Wes when it came to filing our insurance claim. He was very helpful and he was also there for the inspection that was done with our insurance companies representatives. Not a good experience with this company. They accepted my contract to do the repairs post hail storm in May, insisted on dealing with my insurance company on their own, WASTED THE ENTIRE SUMMER, its already November, no repairs completed. Now they are completely ignoring my calls and txt msgs.

i used this company because of their google reviews. which now i can only assume are all of the friends and family of the owner of this company. my grandmothers roof was not put on properly . not even close. there are leaks everywhere and missing shingles. all the money was paid. all calls go unanswered. please use another company. don’t have this happen to you

Worst experience ever. All a sales pitch until you get the work done. There was no supervisor to talk to while my roof was being done as all the workers only spoke Spanish. I had to get my girlfriend to come over to talk to the workers , letting them know that they broke my window with falling debris . The guy told her that he’s not responsible that they were all picked up from Home Depot parking lot by the owner to do this roof. I would highly recommend GC Services. We had shoddy, fraudulent work and destruction to our roof and gutters by another company; ADHI. Danny Chavez-Rey and his team saved the day. Once we hired Danny to redo our roof that failed 2 other inspections, his team discovered areas of our roof missing wood and covered only with a layer of roofing material. One huge storm and we would have had a flooded attic and I can’t imagine what else! The craftsmanship was horrible. Thanks to GC Services we have a beautiful, high quality roof and gutters and will also now save on home owner’s insurance. He was able to get with our insurance adjuster and pointed out all the other damage missed by first company. We now have new windows on half of our home.
