Worst experience ever! Our company had them come out to repair an ice machine. They spent 3 hours looking at the device and told us it needed a new gasket. No invoice was ever received, nor did we receive a proposal for the gasket replacement. After several phone calls for updates, FOUR MONTHS later the "backordered" part arrived. The tech spent 5 hours this time installing the gasket. The tech admitted while he was working on the replacement, one of the lines leaked and fried the sensor; thus, rendering the machine completely useless. We received an invoice for over $1,100 for this repair ($500 just for the part) and they left us with a paperweight. When we emailed Golden Way about the excessive invoice and damage done to our equipment during the service, they only threatened us with late fees and interest but no apology or remediation for the negligence on behalf of their tech. To further compound our frustration, the tech wrote on the job notes that the system was working when he left. Complete liars and price gougers. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone who values their equipment.

Golden Way is the only way to go. Every other company tried to talk me into a whole new heating and air system. The service tech that came from Golden Way fixed the problem with my A/C unit and never tried to upsell me on a whole new system. They are the only company I will call if I have a HVAC issue in the future.

Had a small issue with my evaporative cooler, Contacted Golden Way Mechanical and spoke to Amanda. Amanda was very responsive, professional and actually got a tech to come right out. Michael (tech) showed up a few hours later, Michael was very professional, quick and patched everything right up. Do not hire this company! I had them come out to repair my boiler, they worked on the job for two days, told me it was repaired, left me with the invoice then three days later the boiler stopped working again. I called them back out and was told the initial repairs weren’t the problem and they spent another two days working on the boiler, then told me it was repaired and left me with ANOTHER invoice. Two days later I closed on the property and was no longer the owner. The following week I am contacted by the new owner telling me the boiler completely stopped working. She called Golden Way to come out, again and they left her with a THIRD invoice! I then called Golden Way to discuss the three invoices and I was immediately talked down to and yelled at and threatened with a LEIN on the property! This was a nightmare experience. The owner is mean, angry and irrational. The employee I worked with had no idea what he was doing and I had to pay for his poor performance. Take your business elsewhere!
