ght $10k of Marvin Infinity Windows in 2010; came w/Limited Lifetime warranty. Now the Ultrex Fibreglass frames are fading and discoloring and the weatherstripping is shredding and failing. Gravinas won't honor the Warranty and is slow and hard to communicate with - they have told us that " upper management at Marvin will have to decide" what gets done and who will do the work. Gravinas is not an ethical, or responsible, company and Jim Gravina is a poor business owner/manager! I recommend that no-one does business with Gravina's - if you do you'll be sorry if you ever have a problem or need help. On the other hand Lifetime Windows and Siding sells Marvin Windows and stands behind their products and customers; a MUCH better choice for anyone looking for replacement windows.

Gravina's provides a high quality product. We have replaced four outside doors with three slider french doors and a traditional french door. We have also replaced five windows. Without a doubt, these changes have not only provided us with better insulation but have increased the value of our home. Beautiful. We are very happy.

I placed my order for windows in March with an expected install date of September. The windows did not come until November. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal but it is like moving mountains to get ahold of someone. Finally got ahold of Lisa who said she would follow up but never did.When the windows were installed my walls were left scratched and the metal staples on the bathroom window sill were left exposed.I asked about financing which John helped set up. I specifically asked if it was a credit card (not the type of financing I would have gone through with), he said no. Turns out it is a credit card with a set up fee that was never disclosed to me.I emailed John and subsequently Jim a week later about the problems but it appears since they have their money , no one will respond. The windows are good quality and outside of the above issues were installed well. If you want Infinity windows maybe try Lifetime. I would prefer a family business but the customer service is poor.

What a great company! We purchased an entry door for our garage, the installer worked efficiently and went above and beyond our expectations. Our old door was hard to open and not square, Brian made sure the new one was perfect. The attention to detail is unmatched! We will definitely use Gravina’s Window Center for all our windows and doors.

Our experience with Gravina Windows was excellent. The installation crew arrived earlier than projected by scheduler (which was great) and went right to work. Floors were protected with runners and plastic sheeting placed over the shelves. Installation was very fast and well done. Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. I gladly and enthusiastically recommend this company.

The window quality is fantastic. The craftsmanship is very good. The intake meeting with the salesperson was smooth and friendly. Scheduling seemed to be off since our windows were installed Oct. 30, but the casement and trim is still not done. All of the tradespeople needed to finish the job are not scheduled consecutively.My advice to someone using Gravinas would be to be very proactive with the scheduling office (call them. Do not wait for them to call you) and also be very clear on what work they will and will not be doing. For example, it was not made clear to us until the windows were installed that we would have to schedule our own drywall finishing and at this point that was two weeks out so we had to live in a house with unfinished drywall for two weeks. If the scheduling office had informed us of that earlier, we could’ve gotten ahead of it.

My partner and i went to the Denver home show on Saturday as we are in the market for windows. We stopped by Gravina's booth in hopes to get a quote set up. The guy working there came across like we were inconveniencing him. When he finally decided to ask if we needed something, i said we're in the market for vinyl windows. He immediately quipped back that Gravina's doesn't do vinyl and he didn't even let me explain anything else. I feel like we were not given the opportunity to even shop Gravina's, and i can't help but wonder if it's because we are gay. We've since heard Gravina's commercial on line which states Gravina's does do vinyl. I do hope it was just a misunderstanding and not selective bigotry. Unfortunately we didn't get the gentleman's name at the home show. We did get a contract for new windows with another company.

We're thrilled with our Marvin Infinity windows and the entire Gravina's team. It's now been several months since we had them installed. We've noticed that they kept the house cooler during our ridiculously hot September weather and are keeping the house warmer now that we're moving into winter. The installation team was hard-working, efficient, highly professional and just really nice! No last-minute cost adjustments. Highly recommend.

To Lisa helping me find the ebony color that looks amazing on my house in the showroom. To the lead installer, Tom, once they were manufactured who did an excellent job with his installation team. Had one issue and it was resolved no problem. I was so impressed I have already ordered part 2 of the project! Plus as someone who works in a small family business the professionalism, kindness and feeling you were taken care of were all there! Get another company to install your windows and doors. The windows and doors are great, but the Gravina family stopped communicating with me after i paid my invoice. I had follow up questions about differences in how my two patio doors were installed, and had no luck getting anyone in the office to contact me about the issues. After 7 months of attempted email, text, and phone messages, they finally sent out a team and tried to charge me a trip fee for telling me they wouldn't address the issues. The owner (Jim Gravina) called me while his crew was here, and after i calmly explained my position, he hung up on me. I paid Gravina's over $80,000 and am shocked at the total lack of customer service, when the company touts their "family values" on their site. Do not do business with this company.

Jim Gravina and Tim McMahon gave us a great presentation for a pair of French doors, detailing what product would be installed, product description, warranty, install timeline, finish, and cost. True to his word, said doors were expertly installed and the lady who did the finish work did an absolutely great job matching the trim work to the rest of the room. Overall, a great job and a pleasure to deal with.

I did not plan on a tornado to force me to get new windows, but the end experience was very positive. Three windows were replaced in my home and the Gravina's Window Center provided a great team to execute the installation and complete the finish work.

Gravina's of Littleton replaced 10 windows (8 gliders and 2 stationary) in my house with Marvin Infinity windows. I am presently awaiting the finalization staining phase. I have generally been quite pleased with the products and services that were supplied. During the initial introduction and generally throughout the process, they have conducted themselves professionally and been very responsive to my questions and concerns offering fairly thorough responses. The windows and their installation look quite good to me. The foreman (Rich) was considerate and friendly and professional. The installation team provided drop clothes and plastic barriers to contain the work and cleaned up nicely after each days work. I am pleased with the overall experience.

Gravina's of Littleon went above and beyond while installing our windows and doors. A major issue was discovered while replacing one of our sliding glass doors. Ryan and his crew handled it professionally while keeping us informed as to what was found and how they were going to make it right! They even repaired questionable work done by the builder (20 years ago) to ensure we don't encounter the same issues in the future. I am beyond impressed with everything about this company. From our initial meeting with Jeff to the final walk through with Ryan, everything was perfect. Exceptionally long wait time on manufacturer. My only complaint. My windows were 60 yrs. old steel frame single pane glass in brick home. A real pain to demo. They handled it very well and did very little damage. No broken brick no broken tile on sills. Minor scuffs on exterior soffit. New windows were installed very efficiently and sealed expertly all the way around with foam and and excellent job of caulking inside and out. You can ruin a good installation with a bad caulking job. Windows look great and the house is much quieter. Looking forward to the difference this winter in my heating costs. Brian & James were our installers. Very clean and respectful and on time every day. I watched every step in the demo and installation and I'm very happy with the whole process other then the manufacturing delay. Whole experience with Gravina's was exceptional! From the first visit with the sales team through installation and finish work was a really great experience. Installation crew was unreal! On time each day, pleasant, polite and very clean. Our team lead on installation was exceptionally meticulous and ran a great team. Communication from the lead was crisp. You can tell Gravina's is family owned because of the personal care everyone we interacted with took of our project. Mr. Gravina, I observed the crew actions during the entire job. Adro has a good working skill and I understand/observed Christian is still learning the trade. The two brothers were good workers. Derek is a skilled craftsman with his wood work and installation understanding of the Marvin Infinity product line; he is a “keeper” with your company from my perspective.My observation perspective is that I worked home and commercial construction on (Summer, Winter, and Fall) breaks going thru college at UNC in Greely and Grandpa was a finish carpenter for his livelihood.I really do appreciate the good work and skill of your crew and your company based on other home improvement projects I have completed over the 28 years I have live in my house.

As suggested by my roofing company I called Gravinas to get an estimate for 2 windows replaced per insurance claim and 6 screens repaired. The fellow that answered told me they only sell the best windows and it would cost me 2to 3 thousand per window. He didn't even ask the sizes. I said I need an estimate and he took my name and number and have someone call. I have heard from nobody a day later. I have the feeling I have been blown off.

Gravina window center of Littleton is outstanding and I'd hire them again. I had a three day job and everything is perfect. We replaced a main floor window with a sliding Marvin door and upgraded the window in the garage. Jim Fischer was the lead installer, James did the stonework, Jason and Jalen assisted. All Gravina workers are their employees, not subcontractors, I find this is really important to insure quality of work. I also appreciate that Gravina didn't send just one person to do this work because that's how bad things happen. Mike Gravina quoted the job in June 2022 and he's a big reason that I hired these guys. His quote was very detailed and price fair. I meet with another large window company that advertises a lot and their quote was sloppy and price much higher. Lisa Gravina was my point of contact in the office. The windows are perfect and we could not be happier with the quality of the windows as well as the quality and care of the installation. Dealing with the entire staff at Gravina's was seamless. Crissy was fantastic, always extremely knowledgeable, and communicated so well with us by phone and email, keeping us informed about the timeline for our windows. Wendy, the scheduling person was the same way. And the crews who installed our windows were some of the nicest guys we've ever dealt with. They were prompt, kept our place so clean the entire time, and as they said, "we will treat your home like it's ours." We had no issues whatsoever. We still have some more windows and another patio door to do probably next year, and will be calling on Gravina's again. This is one of the best companies for home improvement we have ever dealt with. They do what they say they will do, and more. If you need windows, use this Gravina's Window Center. You will not be disappointed.

I was referred to Gravina's Window Center of Littleton by a friend of ours and was very pleased from the beginning. We had 2 young men come and give us a quote and explain everything we needed to know prior to ordering. We did check with 2 other companies and did not receive the wonderful customer service from those companies as we did from Gravina's. We ordered our windows and had 2 very nice young men come to do the installation. They arrived when they said they would be here (to the minute I must say). You don't see that much anymore. These 2 young men (Rich and Andrew) were probably the most courteous and customer service oriented personnel that I have come across in the most recent years. They did the replacement and cleaned up after themselves (very thoroughly I must say). I highly recommend not only Gravina's of Littleton, but definitely if you are considering this company ask for Rich and Andrew - you WILL NOT be disappointed. This company along with the installers are SECOND TO NONE!!!
