We had an original 30-year-old shake roof that desperately needed replacement. Finally got our claim approved, and Hunter’s professionalism lead us to go with Infinity over the more recognized roofers in our area (they were awful). Once everything was approved and work began, we were thrilled with the new roof, which completely transformed our home and gave us the reassurance that our house is safe from the elements. From the first time I met with Jay Blaine until the Infinity crew hung the last shingle Jay and his team exceeded my expectations every step of the way.Jay and the Infinity team were everything my wife and I could ask for after a tornado damaged our roof. They were meticulous craftsmen, responsive, straightforward, patient, honest and incredibly polite, even when my wife and I were ornery and unreasonable.Jay offered to come to our house and accompany our young insurance adjuster on his inspection, pointing out damage that the inexperienced adjuster might have missed if he had inspected our roof without Jay.When I got the settlement offer from our insurance company, Jay wasn’t satisfied and called the adjuster on our behalf to explain that the adjuster had misquoted the cost of materials. In the end Jay got us an extra $7,000 so we could match the higher quality shingles that were on the roof we were replacing.Midway through the process we had to postpone the installation. Even though it was entirely our fault, Jay bent over backwards to ensure that Infinity got the install completed before our originally requested deadline, and he and his team over delivered on his promise.The infinity team completed the new roof in a day and a half and when they were finished they didn’t leave until they had picked up every last nail and broken shingle in our front and back yard.Jay even made sure the subcontractor who installed our new gutters came out the day after the roof was completed. They installed our new gutters in an afternoon.I could go on, but you get the idea. These guys are first class and I would recommend them without reservation to my closest friends and family.

Sometimes you get a dud. I'm sure others have had a decent experience with the company, but that was not my reality. Perhaps it was the large number of hail claims, maybe I just fell through the cracks but overall I have been disappointed in the service from the company.I needed both my roof and my siding attended to after last years hail storm. The roof went on pretty quickly even with an odd delay halfway through due to "county inspection". This was was hard to justify given other neighbors with a different contractor did not have the same delay getting that inspection during the same timeframe. The quality of the work was fine. Aside from some post cleanup and fixing of my gutters which was not done properly as well as having to replace my heat tape and fixing a flue penetration that was incorrectly installed. But I expect this sort of thing from contractors these days. And hey, who doesn't want to learn a bit of roofing skills by getting up there and removing and replacing a few shingles DIY?The real issue came with the siding. I wanted at a minimum that some siding (not all) be replaced and the rest of the damage be repaired and repainted. My insurance company disagreed. This is expected since it was a negotiation. Infinity lost interest immediately in trying to help get the siding fixed. The representative from the company didn't visit or oversee any of the work or try and work to get a different supplemental approved. Perhaps it was uneconomic, perhaps it was just too much work. I don't know. The enthusiasm to help me get things done during the sales process evaporated pretty quickly when effort needed to be put forth.So my two star rating comes from the lack of care. The workmanship is standard and likely indistinguishable from any other licensed roofer in Denver. The responsiveness and care by the sales people is what counts. You want your contractor to be on your side when it comes to dealing with insurance. After all you both want the maximum coverage payment. In dealing with Infinity I have felt that I'm all alone, and that is where my disappointment stems from.

Infinity did an outstanding job on my hail damaged roof. Working with Scott McLeod was a pleasure. He identified damages around the house and yard that I didn't see and the insurance company accepted. His crew did excellent work using top of the line shingles and other weatherproofing materials. Will use them again if the need arises.

Scope of work was remove and replace shingles on the house and storage shed, gutters and remove/replace/paint siding on the home. The entire project was supervised by Troy Schlosser and Hector supervising the siding. The work was done to code plus 1 which means it not only exceeded code but workmanship was excellent. The workers arrived on time and the leadman always checked in with me to explain what was to occur. Moreover, all workers were professional in appearance and possessed the tools to do the job. Finally, cleanup was done on a daily basis and so far, no nails have been found. All crews involved, like I mentioned, did one hell of a job. Finally, there was no interupption of DISH satellite or internet - now that is job knowledge - you would have to see my home to understand what I speaking of !

Infinity did our new roof and new gutters. 101 percent excellent service. We were fortunate enough to have Troy Bowling from Infinity as the person who coordinated everything from 1st inspecting the damage to helping with getting the color and grade shingle. He put extradinary effort into helping get our insurance going with claim adjusters. He was here to meet our insurance adjusters too.Troy was superb at communicating from begin to end. I would highly recommend Infinity Restoration. Mike Karczewski is a very personable and trusty worthy Project Manager. He requested to be on site when my insurance adjuster came out to view the hail damage for my insurance claim. This alone showed his concern for getting all the damage noticed by the adjuster as Mike had done a very thorough inspection. The crew that was assigned to my demo and install worked together like a well oiled machine even in the 100+ degree temps. Infinity Restoration pulls permits for their work, and this way you are assured your roof is installed according to the latest building codes. My experience with AKA Infinity Roofing was extremely positive! I had worked with another roofer prior to meeting with AKA Infinity Roofing and was given the run around. I was referred to Wesley Carr at AKA Infinity Roofing and was completely pleased. Wes was very responsive, helped me work with my insurance company and my home owners association. He was trustworthy and met all commitments he made. He followed up after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied. As far as time line for completion - once they delivered the materials, the job was completed within 1 day. Wes Carr was amazing at organizing our roof and gutter work. My husband and I both work full time so we really needed someone that could coordinate all the details and check up on the work crew daily and he did JUST THAT and more. We had some problems with part of our roof that was not related to the hail damage and he worked with the insurance company to get additional work completed so that our roof was completely up to code and no more leaking would happen into our covered patio. As a side note, he also takes great care of his roof crew, bringing them waters and food throughout the day. It is just proof that he cares about not only his clients but his crew as well! Infinity did a great job for us after the 2017 hailstorm. Dan not only oversaw installation of the roof, he also helped us with skylights, gutters and even getting the house repainted. He was also an invaluable resource when dealing with code inspectors and the insurance company. I hope we don't have another storm as bad as the 2017 event, but if my roof or house ever needs repair again, Dan will be the first one I call.

Wesley Carr was great with my rental property. When all other roofers told me it was a waste of time to call the insurance company because my roof was so old, he thought it was worth the time. It paid off, brand new roof, architectural shingles, brought up to code - all covered by insurance when at least 5 other roofers said "no way" The job was completed quickly, complete with photos updating us throughout the job. My tenants were pleased and I am pleased. So communicative and thorough I have referred Wes and Infinity Roofing and Restoration to clients.

Joe Munson was our project manager and he made sure to be at the house with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed on the estimate.
