People upset by no soliciting signs… well the door hanger worked for us! We got a free quote from them, respectful communication during the time that we were considering but had not yet scheduled, and amazing work. The crew was full of kind and hardworking guys who communicated with us well and went above and beyond on the prep work. Our home is 32 years old and looks so much better! Plus, we got this amazing high quality work for a very good deal. We are beyond happy.Service: Exterior painting

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Innovative painting was a pleasure to do business with from beginning to end. The owner, Paul provided me with a thorough and detailed estimate and was very helpful in answering any of my questions regarding it.The painters were timely, did a beautiful job painting, touched up any needed areas and cleaned up so well. Sammy and his crew truly were a pleasure to work with. Through out the painting processBoth the owner Paul and the Production Manager checked in daily . I highly recommend this company . I love my freshly painted interior!

Super happy with entire project. Quote was fair and included tiered options for better cost vs better paint. We were fortunate enough to have a warm streak that allowed us to paint in off season unexpectedly. Super accommodating to get us scheduled & done. The team that came was on time each day, courteous, & professional. They did a spectacular job. They cleaned up and were good about making sure the gate to the back yard was closed when they left. Don’t expect them to deal with insurance. That was not a concern to us as we can navigate that ourselves. Would absolutely use them again.

Hired them to paint exterior last summer. Paid the highest bid and warranty. Horrible work. First line in contract was to hammer exposed nails. They forgot there hammer that day. Horrible work on painting trim - missed spots and bleed through on siding not enough paint. They suck

No soliciting sign on my door, yet they add door hanger advertisers. I was home and asked the guy to please take his flier back. He said, "I am not touching that after you did". I said didn't you see the no soliciting sign? and he replied I wasn't soliciting, I just put it on your door, soliciting requires face to face conversation (which was funny since that was what we were currently having).The end result, the guy told me to F off and flipped me the bird as he walked away then blabbered a handful of additional vulgar slurs..Do not recommend this company based on their marketing strategy and lack of professionalism.

This business hires door to door solicitors that disrespect private property and no soliciting signs multiple times a year. I would never do business with a company that isn't respectful of my property. If you want to spam me with advertisements, do it by mail, not by hanging trash on my door.

This company very rudely left a huge advertisement hanging from the door handle of my home. We have a NO SOLICITING sign inches away that they disrespected. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company as they clearly do not respect people or their property. Beware!

Similar to many other reviewers, I would never hire this company as I have watched team members walk THROUGH my garden (not up the driveway) and place flyers on my door, right next to my "please, no soliciting" sign. If this sort of disrespect and negligence is any indication of how they do business, I am absolutely not interested and I would suggest that others think twice before hiring this company.

I have used this company for my office and my home. The chain of command is in place and everyone is very responsive to questions or requests. All employees are respectful and down right easy to work with - very nice people. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Might be great at painting but when they peppered the neighborhood with flyers they ignored all the no solicitation signs on my and the neighbors doors. Hopefully their customer service is better when they get a job.

We got the exterior and trim done on our home and it looks amazing! Very clean and great quality. The painters worked so hard and got it done in a great amount of time and the company all around was great to work with and very responsive. Getting ready to get our interior done by them as well and also being a Real Estate agent I have already referred them many times.

The team painted the house in 2 days, originally I thought that would too fast. But they knew exactly what they were doing and were efficient with their time. House looks great, they cleaned up after wards, nothing else I could ask for when paying for a painter. Highly recommend!

The door to door people are oblivious to homeowners no solicitation and no trespassing signage that has been graciously bestowed upon them. I will not do business or recommend a company that does not properly train their help. I do not appreciate people and businesses coming on to privateproperty leaving their unwanted trash on our door.

We just finished having Innovative Painting repaint the entire interior of our home. Everything was excellent, from the estimate done by Jason, to the scheduling and coordination of the work by Chris, and ultimately to the execution of the painting by Sammy and crew. We used their color consultant, Ann Elizabeth, who was extremely helpful as well. The job was completed with no delays and with no mishaps. Every day, Sammy showed us the progress and asked for any issues. Professionally done with great skill and care, we are very happy customers. There was no contract and no deposit. Payment was requested at completion after a walk through and acceptance of a completed job. These people do what they say they will do and they do it well. If you notice, most of the negative posts are not from customers but people complaining about the door hangers. I have used Paul and his company multiple times now and each time they have done a great job. I will go with them for all my painting needs.

Does not read or respect property. I receive one of these quarterly despite my sign clearly on the door. The person can clearly see the sign but does not care. Ask yourself...do you really want to use a company that can't read or respect your property?

It's not that difficult to comprehend what that means. 13 year old girl scouts selling cookies have more brain power of compression then this company.All door-to-door solicitation, whether commercial or non-commercial, is prohibited by a "No Trespassing" or "No Solicitation" sign posted at a residence.

We had to get a quote for insurance for water damage which took a while.Jason provided the quote and was very good with all follow up. This dragged on for few months and then we had to change our start dates due to our team having Covid. No problem, this company moved our start dates a few times at our request and always checked in to see if we were still good with the dates.The painters showed up on time, prepped the showroom and in two days had us completed. No mess, no issues.The job was executed very well. And they took no deposit. We paid the day the job was done! The painters were professional.I would use them again.Service: Interior painting

Not sure if this company is just rude or illiterate. No soliciting means no soliciting. It doesn’t mean no soliciting for everyone but you. If they can’t follow that simple of a direction I wouldn’t trust them to be able to paint a house.

We had Innovative Painting paint the outside of our house last summer and they were great! Professional, on time and got the job done so quickly and it looked amazing. We had them come out to paint inside the house recently and they did a fabulous job. They are so quick and knocked out our few house projects in no time. I used innovative painting to paint the whole interior of my house. I paid for the package that included a second coat of paint. I did a full walk through after they finished up (and had them touch up some spots). But then about a month later I kept noticing remnants of the old paint still showing through.Still now 1 1/2 later (as I’m up close to the wall - hanging a picture) I keep seeing the old paint. It’s obvious to me that I didn’t get what I paid for. This company contracts out workers and the project manager barely checked in with me / them. It was a family of 5 that came in. The family was nice but I’d say that 3 - 5 of them were lazy when it came to doing a second coat. I will never use this company again.

They blasted our whole neighborhood with flyers despite the "No Soliciting Signs". Their flyer was so bulky it kept hitting the door causing my dog to bark non-stop making me have to come home from work to remove it.
