Tony Medina was fantastic, super kind and knowledgeable. He was able to identify our problem right away. He gave us a really reasonable price for the issue at hand and then worked diligently until almost 8pm to insure that our issue was fixed and cleared up before leaving for the night. Nolan helped us out with some plumbing issues in our condo and provided great service had the repairs done quick. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. And when they could fully diagnose the problem referred us to another person who could.Very helpful.Oh. And, he remembered an issue we had trying to turn off the water to the house before he left. Jarid, plumber/tech, came to our house today. We were given a window of 4 hours & he was here in the first hour. That was a nice surprise. Jarid is such a gentleman and he installed a Moen water monitor. He was quick & efficient and hooked it up to the Internet and made sure it was working properly before leaving. We plan to use him for our future plumbing needs.

I had two toilets that were leaking and needed attention. I reached out to Jim Needham on a Sunday morning and had an appointment for later that afternoon. Cody did a great job of identifying the issues with the toilets and giving me options for repairs versus replacements. Fortunately, I went the route of replacement as upon removing a toilet, Cody discovered that when my floors were replaced a year ago, the flange was cut off and never replaced - what a mess that could have become, had it not been uncovered!Cody was able to replace both toilets in a manner of hours. The only trouble we ran into was that the new toilet was taller than the old and didn’t fit completely under the bathroom counter. With that said, he was also able to provide me an option to remove the existing vanity and reinstall a new one, which I plan to do soon. Thanks for meeting my needs so quickly!

TJ was amazing. Did a great job on fixing my water line to the washing machine. Had to cut out some drywall and kept the bathroom very clean in the process. Would highly recommend. I will be using them again.

They came and found a pinhole leak and said the bathtub constantly dripped. That did not don't to 400 gallons a minute. They did not find the problem and they changed me $40.00 for a trip charge. Not worth itHire a professional if you have a bid problem. Not these people.

Experienced a plumbing issue today that was more than I could manage, so I called Needham Plumbing. To my surprise, they had a certified plumber scheduled and onsite within an hour. Zolie and his apprentice Josiah were extremely professional and highly knowledgeable with diagnosing the issues. They provided a fair and reasonable quote and got to work immediately upon acceptance of the work scope. I would highly recommend Jim Needham plumbing and especially Zolie and Josiah for any plumbing needs you have. Thank you Jim Needham!

Jim was AWESOME. He clean my drained underneath where my whasher machine was and it only took him 10 minutes and also showed me with a bucket of water pouring it into the drain he cleaned, and the water went down the drain in less than 3 seconds. Thanks Jim for your great service. 10 🌟 for Jim.

Darion was my service tech and he got my new water heater installed in less than 2 hours from me ordering it to him going to get it from Louisville then installing it.
