I had three windows and a sliding glass door replaced with National Home Improvement, Inc., in October 2023. Using my due diligence, I quickly came to realize this company stood out for a host of reasons. Joyce and Steve were always quickly responsive to any communication I initiated and sent lots of information for my investigation. Steve Becker, the owner, has been in business for years in the area with consistently high reviews. Check out NHI BBB rating and accreditation and reviews. This group is genuinely driven by old fashioned values. They offer a quality product at a reasonable price. The installation was professional in every detail. The installers were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I am so pleased with their service that I would not hesitate to use them again for the remaining windows on my home.

Steve and company are the best I have ever hired. I had three hailstorms, and I hired National Home Improvement for every one of them because I just trust them, and my trust grew after each work they did for me. Steve and his crew are professionals, polit, and all about customer service. They are GREAT! They do their work with honesty and integrity. It is good just to hand my insurance claim to someone like Steve who will take care of everything. For the third time, he did absolutely everything we agreed on and more. I asked him to plug the woodpecker holes on my siding, before they painted it. They actually plugged the woodpecker wholes, and all the other small holes that formed on my old wood siding. Thank you, and I'll see after the next hailstorm :)

My mother in law was asking about window replacement for her place so was pulling back up their info to refer NHI and wanted to add a public review about how pleased we were with working with them (especially given I nearly had to throw a sales person from a different window company out of my house for their overly aggressive attempt to close on the spot tactics). I have heard horror stories about roofers taking advantage of people so, as a single woman, when experienced extensive hail damage and had to get my roof replaced, I was concerned about finding a company with integrity that could walk me through the process. Fortunately, a colleague at work recommended National Home Improvement. He explained that they would partner with me throughout the entire process, ensure fair costs, quality materials and work, and would even help me understand every step of the insurance process and help m get the max value possible with my policy. This all sounded too good to be true, but everything my colleague said was absolutely right!! The owner of the company, Steve, personally came out to meet me and gave me an overview of the entire process and took the time to answer all my questions. Steve and his team took care of everything from submitting estimates and photos to my insurance, to securing permits and materials, to scheduling the team and work, to getting the final inspection and sign off. Every step happened exactly as Steve had explained - the whole process was literally effortless! I had a vacation planned and Steve even kept things moving for me while I was out of the country! The quality of the work was great and the crew did a good job cleaning up debris. A couple minor glitches (some debris fell inside my garage and the crew couldn’t get to it, the gutter down spout was dented accidentally) and Steve went above and beyond to replace/resolve- I was so impressed! As a single woman, I can’t express what a relief it was to find a partner with integrity that I could trust to walk me through the entire roof replacement process- I would recommend Steve and National Home Improvement without reservation and will definitely use them again, should a need arise. Since we didn't have great insurance coverage they worked with us on putting together an affordable and quality bid for the project. The team that did the dirty work were very professional, happy and efficient. NHI was our contractor for our extensive hail damage. They worked with our insurance to get the most money possible to cover the cost of a new roof, new bay window, gutters, and vinyl siding. National Home Improvement replaced the windows in our home several years ago. When we decided to put up vinyl siding rather than painting our house again, they were one of our first choices.At each step along the way, NHI had patience with endless questions (some of them probably stupid-but I knew nothing about siding before we started) and my challenging schedule (I work out of town nearly every week). When Steve came out to measure so that he could order materials, he found hail damage on our roof that required that a roof replacement be added to the work.NHI worked directly with our insurance on the roof replacement, leaving us free to ask about a billion MORE questions.The schedule for the roofing was difficult as the rainy spring kept delaying the planned start. But once they were able to start, the job went smoothly and quickly. And then we moved on to the siding, which also went very well.There was a miscommunication (on my part) about the size of one of the shutters, and it had to be reordered and installed. Despite the fact that it was my fault, they managed to come out and fix the issue within a week.I also have to mention that Joyce and Christy in the office are great. It is nice to be able to reach out and have someone in the office to answer questions rather than having to try to catch the contractor between sales calls and jobs.Our house looks great now! I highly recommend NHI for your window, siding, roofing and gutters. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they have done on our house.

I'm really a tough customer and if it isn't done to my satisfaction, it will be. Steve took everything in stride and made sure my roof was done with excellence, my house was painted like Picasso, and my deck roof was done to perfection. Oh, and he got the insurance company to replace my air conditioner because of all the hail damage. Nope, he probably doesn't want any more customers like me, but I believe in doing a job with excellence and being responsible for the work. That's accountability and NHI has it.

I have used National Home Improvement on four (4) separate occasions. Two jobs were insurance claims and the other two jobs were for home improvements. NHI handled the insurance claims totally and did a superb job. The claims dealt with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. The other two jobs were for roofing and gutters on a second home.All the work was done in a very professional manor and on time. NHI is great with communicating and setting reasonable schedules for the work. Steve Becker is the owner and Joyce is his office staff. I will continue to use NHI for all future home improvement jobs. I have also referred NHI to friends and neighbors who have also used their services.I highly recommend them for insurance claims related to storms/hail damage. You won't be disappointed.
