Could not be happier with the job from Paramount from start to finish. We needed a huge casement picture window replaced that some companies told us they were not even able to do. Kevin (sales) gave us great advice and recommendations and was able to set us up with exactly what we wanted and needed. The project was scheduled and completed promptly in the lead time given up front thanks to Neddy (project manager). Last but not least, Roberto and his crew did an awesome job with the install. They completed both windows in the projected 4 hour time frame. The install was efficient and professional and we were very impressed with their work. Would recommend Paramount and this team to anyone for their next window project.

I'm so glad I found a company I can trust for windows south of Denver. My experience with Paramount Siding and Windows was wonderful. I love my new windows and they were done in a timely manner. All of the employees that I worked with were very nice and knowledgeable. Roberto and his crew worked on my house and they did a great job and it was fun chatting with them. I had three large windows replaced and they did the job in about half a day. It took 12 weeks for them to be manufactured. They did have a discrepancy as far as what they offered and what was provided but they upgraded me since they couldn't get the original windows done in that particular size of frame. So that was very considerate of them. I had worked with Scott who originally told me how everything was going to be done and I got several estimates but Scott was able to guide me through the process to help me understand why some companies might not be the best choice compared to Paramount. And I have had a bad experience with a window company the last time I got my windows done at my condo and I was really anxious this go around. But thankfully all the employees were professional and respectful and they made sure they did a good job. They even pointed out that one of the screens was slightly bent and they were going to get that replaced. I might not have even noticed but their attention to detail and consideration for doing a good job really impressed me. I also spoke with Lori a few times on the phone she helped me stay on task as far as making a decision and hiring them. She did have to reach out to me because I was on the fence especially with my last experience. But my windows were original and rotting away and the ones on the side of the house that I did have had continual sun for all of these years I don't know like 30 years or something so my windows were in pretty bad shape. I only did the three for now because with my previous experience I was really hesitant to go all in for a huge job that was really expensive but I will hire Paramount again the next time I want to replace some more windows which will be in the spring perhaps. I highly recommend them especially if you can work with Scott Roberto and Lori. 😊

We got all 11 windows in our home replaced on November 16, 2023 and the experience from the very beginning with Scott, to the install with Roberto's crew was amazing. Scott answered all of our questions and concerns and didn't make us feel rushed to make a decision. Neddy Lee our roject manager kept us in the loop and answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Roberto's crew, who cane out and installed the windows were amazing. They explained how the next 2 days would go, came to us with any concerns or questions to get our approval and all of the guys were friendly and respectful of us and our property. We would highly recommend he and his team, as well as Paramount as a company. Extremely pleased with our new windows and so glad we took the recommendation from a friend to use them. This was my second time working with Paramount Siding and Windows. Great customer service and install. Everything went smooth from start to finish with the salesman Jeff and project manager Neddy. Very happy with the end result. Both installs were great, and both were done by Roberto and his crew. They were very professional and thorough with the install and the clean up! Will be back to order more windows for sure!

We had had 4 windows and a sliding glass door first time around and this time had 3 basement windows installed. First go round we didn’t receive the right screens, waited months to finally receive them after calling myself several times. Caulking around the windows was terrible and the sliding glass door did not lock. Had them come back and was not personally there and still a bad job. 2nd go round sales rep was told what I was looking for took pictures and video mentioned the screens from the last time and we’ll here we are again. Not to mention we had a change order in the middle of the job because I actually signed off on no trim. Well I must say that was not clearly my discussion with S###t. I wish he would have sold me on the understanding of you are saying no trim when this is what you showed me outside this way we could have had that straight first off upon signing. Well almost $500 later I had no choice but to sign off to add trim. Had install middle of June and I had to text and still have not heard back about my screens. Finally mid December we were done with this. Wish I could have had a better experience.

In April we obtained four quotes for all new windows and siding and chose Paramount because we felt they didn't pressure us into buying at the first meeting, gave us an itemized quote in writing and Jeff really listened to what we wanted and explained everything. Our house is finally done and it is beautiful! The quality of the windows and LP siding is so good. We replaced all of our 15 windows and Roberto & his team were quick but with great customer service and quality. Really amazed with their work. Our Siding Project Manager Neddy was very accommodating and communicated every step of the project. Our siding installer Peter and his wife were so meticulous and the quality of their work is just the best. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Easy experience from bid to install. Installed 5 new windows including a large picture window. This was very much needed as many of the windows in our recently purchased home were non-functional. Jeff came to bid out the windows and was very low pressure. We also last minute changed our minds on our order which he accommodated without any issue. Azeal and his crew were very respectful and did a good job. Both he and Neddy listened to my concerns and talked through solutions. Paramount promptly followed up regarding replacing a screen that was torn at arrival to replace it. New windows have nice wood trim that really adds more character.

Recently had my siding and two windows replaced. I’m very grateful I came across Paramont. Jeff came out and was great. He gave me an honest estimate and is a very good guy. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The product is top notch and the install was even better. Peter was excellent. After complete I drove around comparing similar siding and I can say Peter did the best. I received a few bids for siding and by far had the best experience with Paramount. Jeff came out and gave the estimate and he was great to work with. Straight up good guy with no sketchy sales tactics. Peter was the installer and his daughter, Netty, was the project manager. Both were very detail oriented. Netty always kept me informed on the start date and any issues. Peter is very meticulous with his install and paid great attention to detail. I would go back to Paramount again for future projects not only because of their workmanship, but because of the culture of the company

The company was professional from the salesman down to the installation crew. The salesman, Jeff Johnson, listen to what we wanted, and did not push for us to get things we didn’t want or need. The company kept us updated on materials, dates, and installation time. The installers were very professional, courteous, understanding, and clean. Had Jeff out to examine our home's siding and he was a pleasure to speak with, direct, and honest. Places and advertising try to sell you on your 30 year old home falling down around you, but his assessment matched a painter's assessment and saved us money and unnecessary work. Are there some replacement boards needed to paint? Yes, but the whole house does not need doing. The forthright nature of the conversation will have me looking at Paramount Siding and Windows if we determine we need to address issues there. Thank you!

Jeff Johnson came out to my house to go over what I needed done and then provide an estimate. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time and interest in what I wanted. My project was hail damage to only one side of my house and I needed 2 windows replaced. He obviously knew all about the projects and laid out options. He and the reasonable estimate convinced me to use Paramount.Then Laurie, the Office Coordinator, kept in contact with me throughout the process. She emphasized the importance of customer service and she delivered on that. She even followed up after my meeting with Jeff, after I signed the contract, and again after the project was done to be sure their level of service was excellent.Tyler and his team did the siding and Roberto and his team did the 2 windows. Everyone was very professional and the work looks great. I plan to use Paramount for the rest of my windows and siding.

Steve and Todd were my installers for a Legacy scrolling french door screen as my previous traditional french screen door panels had long since 'gone with the wind'. My door jamb transition out onto our deck was a bit odd and Paramount had noted that in the initial consult and estimate. But Steve and Todd made easy work of it and the installation is super clean and works great. I love being able to keep my giant french doors open without inviting a colony of flying insects into my house!Kudos too for Paramount's safety culture. Just as my install was getting started, Steve and Todd had to pause and take shelter to wait out a gnarly thunderstorm (with hail) to pass. Once it passed, they finished the install in about 20 minutes.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the product or the service.

Our house was built in 1947 and still had many of the original windows plus storm windows that were installed probably in the 80’s so it was time to get new windows. So we spent about 3 months getting estimates, from the companies that advertise on TV to smaller local companies. At times it felt overwhelming, but we ended up going with Paramount as we really liked Steve who did the estimating as it was a very relaxing process. He spent time with us to understand what we were trying to do, and then helped go over different window options available. And got us an estimate really quick that didn't have any pressure attached.For 10-12 windows the price was really reasonable and we felt confident we made a good decision as they also included testing for lead and getting all the proper permits. We were told at this time it would take about 3+ months for the windows to be made and shipped, which after 3-5 estimates we knew was to be expected so not an issue.From there the project was turned over to a project manager, Neddy, who helped explain more of the process, sent us an install video guide, and then contacted us once the windows were in to set the install date. The install took 2 days and was led by Roberto and assisted by his 3 brothers. They were all really great, respectful of the house, worked with me to solve a few aesthetic consistencies, and were really efficient in getting everything done in the 2 days. Neddy also stopped in a few times to check in and did a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the end results.And yes, we are really happy with the new windows for so many reasons. Partially it helped modernize the look of the house with some large picture windows, but the main reason we went down this path - we can already tell the AC isn’t coming on as much and looking forward to having a warmer house in the winter too.Services: Window installation, Custom windows

We had three windows and a sliding door replaced today. The crew was on time and professional. They left my house pretty clean, although there was some caulking left on our faucet, as well as the concrete on our back patio. Our screen door didn’t have a latch, so we were told the installer would be there the next day to put that in but he did not, and then was told the same thing the next week and still nothing, so we currently aren’t able to latch the screen door. The windows and door are very high quality and definitely an upgrade from our old ones. Overall a good experience but communication could be improved upon for sure.Service: Window installation

Buying new windows for our whole house was a big decision and we were impressed with Paramount from the initial meeting with Scott all the way through to the finishing touches. Paramount was great to work with. It was a no pressure estimate, and handful of companies I looked at had a high pressure discount saying “this was the best deal you were going to get, if I walk out the door the the price will go up.” Not with paramount John said this is the best price and it won’t go up. Once I decided to go with then the process was easy- they did a detailed measure and gave me the time frame for the windows. Once the day of install came Roberto and his crew did a great job of putting down floor protector wherever they were working. They were quick and efficient. The windows look great and the rooms are feeling a lot more comfortable than the old windows I have. Can’t wait to see my energy bill in hope of a saving a little more money with these windows. All in all a wonderful team to work with from start to finish

We got seven windows replaced in early February. We contacted Paramount in late October, and Kevin (project coordinator) came out to give an estimate and talk through what to expect if we decide to go with Paramount. Kevin answered all of my questions and addressed issues that I did not think of prior to the installation. Neddy took over as the project manager, and she was very communicative and upfront about the steps from signing the contract to the day of the installation. Fermin and his crew did an amazing job installing all the windows and cleaning up after themselves. They showed up on time and did not mind me checking on if there was any further damage to the framing from one of the leaky windows. All of the guys were friendly and respectful of me and my property. I highly recommend him and his team, as well as Paramount as a company. I am extremely pleased with my new windows and so glad they lived up to their Google reviews.

I had an issue trying to replace some siding due to age. I could not get help. Brandon had the knowledge took the time to help me. I was able to get all the information I needed.
