Hats off to these folks.My furnace has been giving me grief for a few years now. I am hot natured and have made do with space heaters or my grandparents trusty kerosene heater since probably 2019. No issues.Of course this year we have a polar plunge and I’m leaving town for a few days when I fire up the furnace except no fire came on this time. I love remembering things don’t work at such inconvenient times. I called around, with the forecast showing a high of 0 the following day I would imagine I wasn’t the only one remembering their furnace didn’t work, and unsurprisingly no one had any availability. My flight was at 6:30pm and I wasn’t leaving until I knew my pipes wouldn’t burst.I called Quality West and the only regret I have is not getting the name of the gentleman who answered the phone. I explained my predicament to him and he gave me the news I had expected and heard four times over already. Before hanging up he got my info and told me he would call me back. Uh huh.Not three minutes later he called. There was a nice lady who had scheduled her regular maintenance that was happy to switch to the following day. He told me his tech would be there by 3 and that’s only the beginning of the good news.Tech showed up. It’s snowing. It’s colder than a witches you know what and all I can think about is how expensive this is going to be. After some testing the tech told me it was simply a dirty sensor and he’d cleaned it. The house has been toasty ever since. $119 for the diagnostic and that was it!! No charge for an emergency visit or parts!They will be the only ones I call in the future!

Quality West is an amazing company. There is no company I trust more. They installed an amazing mini-split system in my home which allowed me to have a/c in my house without ductwork. This is an efficient cost-effective way to cool my house--I also use it as an additional heat source in the winter. They also installed a new boiler after my old one started spewing carbon monoxide. The piping is a work of art. On a Saturday night, they came for an emergency burst pipe, working in the dark to figure out where the leaks were and how to fix them. They are always professional, prompt, courteous, and competent. They even play with my dog!

If I could give this company more than five stars I definitely would. Rob was so knowledgeable about the product that he installed into my house. I really appreciate how professional the whole crew was and how my new boiler hot water system was beautifully installed. They made this whole process so easy on the customer from directing us to good financing, dealing with the permits, the inspectors, removing old hot water heater and the antique boiler that was on it’s last leg.

Have had an excellent time working with Quality West on our heat pump project. Great communication from Josh in the office and lead installer Bob and his team are punctual, transparent, and efficient. Despite the intrusive nature of our project, our home was left cleaner than when they started. We continue to have great service from them even after the installation process. I contacted Quality West heating and cooling to get a new furnace and A/C unit. Rob was very professional and his crew did a great job. I would recommend their services. I got 2 other quotes, both were over the Quality West price. One of the other quotes was almost double. The work actually came in under the the estimate and I am very satisfied. THEY ARE THE BOMB!!! I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I had found them on HomeAdvisor because i needed a 2nd opinion on a problem w my boiler. This was 2 years ago. I then had them out that same year to do an annual winter checkup. Both times it was Don. He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. Well, now to this year. I called for my annual checkup got it scheduled then had to change it last minute. Not an issue. The owner Rob was my service tech and he had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler. Not a surprise it is over 50 years old. Rob gave us a quote which looked fair. We just had the work done. It was great. Took 2 days but all the guys were great. Very friendly, professional, and personable. They took the time to clean up the rats nest of pipes and wires from 50 years of sub par work. It is now like a piece of art work. They took the time to explain about everything. All shutoffs and so on. If you need heating or cooling work done call them.

Quality West upgraded our furnace and AC recently. I was really impressed with the level of communication from the office manager and techs. I had a few questions before and after the install. Josh got back to me immediately. Rob, the owner, showed up the morning of the install to walk through the work with the installers and myself. Very organized and excellent communication.They were on time, did a great job with the install, and cleaned up. I work from home and there was minimum interruption. I highly recommend this company. I own a very old house. My furnace was failing and I found myself needing a new one. Quality West provided me with courteous. friendly, efficient, helpful.... service. They were very knowledgeable and able to provide me with a new Ruud furnace that respected my budget and was an effective and reliable fit for my 1890 home. All this during one of the coldest spells Denver has had in awhile. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs. Rob and his team with Quality West did a great job installing an AC unit onto the existing furnace with not much room available. Even the city inspector was impressed by the work. Quality West came also back and re-routed the AC lines through the basement. They will not consider the project done, until the customer is completely satisfied. This is rare to find nowadays. I had 4 different companies come out to do an estimate for installing AC in my home and out of all the companies, Rob at Quality West was the most knowledgeable and quoted us the best price for getting AC exactly where we wanted in the house. Also, Josh, the service manager, was really fun to talk to on the phone as he had a ton of expertise on the Fujitsu mini split units as well and it really made up my mind since I wanted people who knew this stuff inside and out and they certainly did.It was a big job and took the crew several days to complete, but they were very communicative throughout the process and cleaned up every night before leaving so we could still enjoy our spaces in the home. My house is nice and cool now and the system is QUIET!! I wish it wasn't 95 degrees outside while they were having to work in my attic, but they powered through the heat.I would definitely recommend the guys at Quality West Heating & Cooling. I have even already recommended them to neighbors!

Quality West Heating & Cooling recently visited my home to service both furnace and air conditioning units. They offered competitive prices, easy scheduling and responsive office staff among other things. The technician arrived on time and completed all the work quickly. In the course of the visit, he took the time to explain his approach and offer tips about my system. He also helped me locate and troubleshoot other issue affecting my system that was not directly related to the visit, clearly exceeding my expectations. Rob and crew are awesome! After moving to our new home, we decided we needed to replace the boiler and hot water heater. Every other company we spoke to had a pushy sales person and quoted amounts that could purchase a new car. Rob was laid back and explained things without using scare tactics or trying to get us to make a decision on the spot. The estimate was very comprehensive and significantly less expensive than others I received. When it came to the time for the installation, I had to go out of town, but was kept in constant communication about updates and the status of the project. The installation team also did a great job of respecting our home while doing the work, no stained carpets, scratched floors or banged up walls and they left the work area clean and organized (per my wife who was home for the project). The completed project is BEAUTIFUL, which is saying a lot for a boiler and water heater, but it's like a steampunk work of art. The city inspector reviewed everything and commented that it was one of the best jobs they had ever seen. 10/10, will use again, just call Quality West!

I’ve been using Quality West to service my 28-year-old furnace for the last eight years. I always appreciated their honesty and willingness to keep it running year after year rather than try to sell me a new one before I needed it. I finally made the decision to replace my furnace and air-conditioning unit last month before they died on me. Since it was such a large purchase, I did get quotes from several different places in town but decided I trusted them the most. Josh and his team went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I needed and for the price I was looking for. They went above and beyond and did such a professional job installing my units. Even the county inspector made a comment about them doing a great job. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on a long-term purchase you definitely want to make the right decision and using them is something you won’t regret. I could not be happier.

Really great staff. Very knowledgeable. They have been servicing our heating and air conditioner system. On the last visit they recommended a new one. They gave us a great deal, even had an electrician upgrade our breaker to the correct amps. Very comprehensive service. And all of the guys are great to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable about being here while they worked. Very professional - really know what they are talking about and they are really trying to get the customer the best deal without unnecessary up-selling. The air conditioner works great, is quiet and very economical. Will be using them for a yearly check up on the furnace and air but even if we move, we will be calling them to service our next house too.

Robb and his team did a great job with a minisplit install in my hundred year old home. I got quotes from five companies, and he was the only one who was able to offer a ceiling mounted vent in a tricky room, which made the entire install blend seamlessly into the room. The team took great care with the plaster, which can be a challenge, and they cleaned up beautifully when done.There was a small issue with the install that was not time-sensitive, but one of the installers drove back from the shop in a snow storm that same night to fix it.Great service, they know what they're doing, and they stand behind their work. They also had the cheapest quote of any of the companies I contacted and provided the best solution. I would use them again for any HVAC needs without hesitation.

Rob and his crew of Bob, Dave, and Steven replaced our 25 y.o. boiler with a new up-to-date boiler. Rob is VERY knowlegeable about boilers and showed his better expertise when explaining every aspect during our estimation process that we had with several vendors. The installation is a "work of art" with all the piping, etc. laid out against their installed metal wall clading. He added a 3rd zone so that our heat is now more efficiently distributed. And they did a great job of cleaning up post installation. I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend Rob/Quality West. And I will now always use them for all our boiler servicing needs.
