Ersain came out twice, and the second time did a thorough inspection of our roof identifying two areas that needed repair and 80 broken tiles. When my roof got hit by a big hail storm, I was pretty nervous about dealing with all of the less than trustworthy roofers out there. I'm so glad I found Doug at Strait Line roofing who made the entire process go extremely smooth. He dealt directly with my insurance company to be sure the estimate made sense and included all items required by local code. He kept me updated while getting supplies ordered, and then got a date on the calendar and stuck to it. Then, on the day of the install his crew arrived right on time and worked extrememly hard all day long and did a great job. They finished my large roof in one day, and cleaned up the area around my house better then I ever hoped(compared to my neighbors who used a different company and have tons of junk and nails all around their house still). On top of all that, Doug installed four attic vents at no charge. He is always responsive via email or phone to all of my questions. I could not recommend more highly!

He Offered some options of what we could do and didn’t push us to decide. He sent an estimate within 24 hours. Doug Gray took very good care of us with a total roof & gutter replacement from storm damage. He handled everything from meeting the insurance adjuster to scheduling delivery, work crews (who were all very professional), permits & inspections. Prompt, attentive & made sure we were in the loop. Got the job completed in short order including a thorough cleanup. A quality product & installation. Our roofing needs should be good for a long, long time. We are very impressed & pleased with Strait Line Roofing. Quoted a job at $10,000. I felt it was too much given it was a few hour job and low materials; he said wont happen for less but said get another quote. Got it done for $2,500 from a larger company. He might do good work; but get two quotes to keep them honest.

Best Roofing Company! Working with Doug at Strait Line Roofing was the most positive experience we have had with a contractor--and we've worked with many over the years. He was professional, responsive (he actually answered my calls), and was flexible with our difficult schedule as we were having some remodel work done with changing completion dates. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and they finished the roof earlier than expected. Doug was on-site twice during the roofing job, ensuring all went smoothly. The person he uses for gutters (Kenny's Seamless Gutters) did a fantastic job! Doug and his crew are top-notch. My new roof looks amazing. They vented my top floor to help cool off my top floor and I noticed a huge difference in the temperature right away. The clean up was amazing and they even combed the lawn and rocks with a magnet to pick up any nails or metal. They were prompt with quotes and follow up. I met with Doug this morning, and I have to say I was very impressed! I didn't end up having him do any roofing work because he told me that I didn't need any. He had 2 or 3 opportunities to sell me something, and in each case he gave me straight, honest advice. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable and didn't try to push anything on me.
