Francisco & the team at Tepuy did an absolutely outstanding job with our roof replacement. They communicated clearly, efficiently, and transparently throughout the process and made sure to check in with us regularly as the project progressed. The Tepuy team was exceptional at handling the paperwork side, including pulling all required permits and explicitly outlining costs/documenting progress. They also pretty much completely handled the interface with the insurance company adjuster, which made the whole project very painless. I cannot understate how easy they made this project compared to other contractors we've worked with. Absolutely would hire this team again!!

Francisco and his company have been a fantastic help to me and I would 100% recommend his services. He is honest, professional, and always punctual. From the very beginning, he was very diligent in assisting me with my insurance claim - calling the insurance company, taking timely and accurate pictures, and liaising with the adjuster. Francisco helped me get the insurance company's approval and even fought with them on my behalf to ensure that all the necessary repairs were covered (the claim was for the roofing, gutters, paint, and siding). After the claim was approved, he provided my wife and me with a range of options for colors, styles, and even offered some great ideas for the project. During the project, Francisco worked according to the schedule, and his team was professional and highly experienced. I highly recommend his job, and we are thrilled with the results.
