Kellie answered all my questions and updated us on the status, just hearing her voice put a smile on my face, Shelby the salesman was very professional and courteous, and Desmond, went above and beyond what was expected for the window installation, he was such a blessing! I could write a 3 page summary on everything that went wrong with this company. Poor communication, put on additional charges with no discussion on it, gapes left overnight, multiple wrecked screens, poor quality, missing caulking, a month wait after install for shower windows, I could go on. Oh did i mention one of the installers wives that walked up in my house all the way to my bedroom where i was relaxing with my son to ask for a phone charger since she tagged along for the job? Yes they kept offering to fix it but after how many visits, emails and calls do you just cut your loss and realize you should have gone with Champion? Oh and 5 star reviews (at least one) are from the installer that came. Save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

I had 5 Star replace my roof about 5 years ago. While cleaning out the gutters this spring, we noticed some odd-looking places on the roof. So, I had Dylan come take a look. He said there appeared to be something wrong with the shingle quality and submitted a warranty claim to the shingle company. He got the warranty claim approved and the shingle company paid to have 5 Star re-roof my house. Dylan said I should contact him next summer to check and make sure the new shingles look like they are holding up the way they should. He also took a look at my mom's roof because she had some nefarious door-to-door guys tell her she needed a new roof. Dylan took a look at the roof and assured us that it definitely did not need replaced. I appreciate his honesty in assessing my mom's roof. And the fact that he encouraged me to have him come check my roof again next summer to make sure the new round of shingles are not also defective.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

I have had my roof replaced twice in the last year. My neighbor suggested we use 5 Star Home Improvement. I contacted Aaron Crawford and he immediately was able to meet with me and review my claim. From day one Aaron and 5 Star were easy to work with and they replaced my roof in 1 day on both occasions. Aaron worked with my insurance adjuster and was able to get a lot of out of pocket expenses waived. Thanks again Aaron and 5 Star Home Improvement.

His assistance with dealing with the insurance company was invaluable, and he kept us updated as to the status of the roof replacement. His team did an excellent job, including clean up afterwards. We were and are pleased with the quality and relationship we had with Aaron and the 5 star team. They were more then fair and reasonable and our roof was in great need of being replaced. Aaron worked with the adjuster and there were no hitches!We had hail damage from over a year ago and Cindy Gerk, from American Family , recommended a couple roofing companies. We contacted Aaron, he came over within a couple days, quoted, scheduled the work, ensured all work was completed correctly. He checked in with us regularly to ensure we were reimbursed and the amounts were updated correctly with the adjuster.4 days after the roof was complete, another hail storm hit and Aaron re-inspected and had a member of the team out to repair some damage to the vents.

I wasted a month trying to get 5 Star to fix my roof. They came out very quickly, but it took weeks to get an estimate. I signed the estimate and then heard nothing for another 2 weeks. When I called they said my paperwork ended up on the wrong desk. It seems like all the 5 star reviews on here are for Aaron so I guess if you are not working with Aaron you are wasting your time.

I had 6 windows and a patio door replaced by 5 Star/ Windows Depot USA and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish I experienced nothing but a professional, knowledgeable and personable staff that made me fell like they were working with a family member. The quality of the windows and patio door exceeded my expectations. I have a window that receives direct sunlight in the morning and it's a scorcher. I am surprised that even without a blind it is still cool and I can look directly at the sun through the window without hurting my eyes. I shopped around, and the competition paled in comparison in regards to price. The renewal by Anderson rep quoted 3x the price I paid with 5 Star and felt I was just being "sold". I did not experience that with 5-Star and would highly recommend 5 Star /Windows Depot USA. Also note, even though they are in Loveland, it sounds like they service the entire front range. So don't be discouraged to look them up if you live South. I would like to give a shout out to both Josh the sales rep and Josh the installer. It is refreshing to do business with the integrity they brought to improving my home.

The list is long this Company is very good they have excellent history and a great staff Aaron is so good at what he does he is honest matter of fact guy and he will fight for your rights with The Insurance Companies he will get it done right and he likes to help Vets. The crew is very on the spot and cleans up they did not leave trash or nails all over like other Company's I've seen the quality of there work shows .Thanks for all you guys have done for me and the others in Wedgwood.

5 Star is the best.. I had some hail damage. I called and they were there right away. I spoke with Aaron and he walked me through the process of getting my roof repaired, which was done right away. Aaron also walked me around my home and pointed out some other issues with my home that needed to be done.. Windows are probably next...

I'm a realtor and when the VA appraiser wanted windows repaired to close, 5 Star came thru for me!! I needed the repairs completed within a week and the staff at 5 Star squeezed the work in for me and did an awesome job. I would refer 5 Star to others in a heartbeat. 5 star roofing came HIGHLY recommended by my nieghbor and couldnt be happier i chose them to do my roof. My insurance company had denied paying for my roof but Aaron the project manager was very knowledgable and friendly and after just a couple weeks of working with them they approved my project and cover ALL of it. With out aaron and 5 Star Roofing i wouldve have had to pay over 10k to replace my roof. The actual roofers were also very amazing getting my project done in just one day!! Very very happy and satisfied customer here. Thanks guys!!!

I had new siding put on home and all contact and crew members were responsive and professional. I had a couple requests for them after completion and they were taken care of within a reasonable time frame. All contacts (even if I was a bit grouchy) were pleasant and gracious. House looks great now!

Had an appt set up for a quote for new siding on my house, an hour and a half before the appt time which I took time off work to make it home for. I got a text from cactus. The estimator, he said he forgot he had an appt for his kid that he needed to be at and asked if another time would work. I told him I would have to check because I had already taken time off work to make this appt. I also asked if there was anyone else I could meet with since I had already taken off work. Never received a response or even another time for my estimate. I was excited to meet with 5 star, as I have never heard anything bad about this company. But after not even showing up or getting back to me about an estimate. I certainly won't be using this company for anything.

Called in mid-May for a door repair. Worker came promptly and said he would get back to us in a week with an estimate. After a week I called to check and was told the employee was not available and call back . I did call back and was told he would be in touch soon. He called while on the road and said if we didn't like the wait, we could contact a different company. He said it in a rude and unprofessional manner. I said I'd wait to hear back and never have.I was never rude or disrespectful...just wanted to be treated honestly and professionally. I will never call this business again.

This has to be the worst roofing company ever. I called them three times in february they didn't get back to me until mid April for a quote. Then Aaron kept promising dates to quote my projects, but never showed just gave excuses about he's sick his kid broke his arm and everything else under the sun. He finally made it out late May and quoted roof gutters and insulation. A date was set for the next week. The day before the roof was to be started I got a call on what color roof and gutters I wanted and was told the date was going to be push back unless I decided the colors in aproxametly 18 hours (nothing like being rushed). On the day of the install nobody showed up I had to call them to find out they canceled. After several more promises and excuses, 5 star finally showed up to do the roof late June. Several weeks later they did the gutters and left screws and trash everywhere. This resulted in two flat tires and having to take even more time off work. I was contacted and told I had to pay the full amount for the three projects before they would do insulation or quote me siding or Windows. I payed them and confirmed the insulation date with Aaron of July 5 of course the didn't show up no calls no reschedule and the kept the money for the insulation. Three months later I haven't heard a word from anyone my calls aren't answered or returned. Nine months and they can't complete three projects. I feel I was scamed and I doubt I will get my money back for the jobs they didn't do. I WILL NEVER RECAMEND 5 STAR TO ANYONE EVER!!!

I have used the services of 5-Star on 2 prior occasions. Each time I was impressed with both their workmanship and service. While they may not have been the least expensive, they were not the most either. I believe they charged a fair price for their quality service and products. I would highly recommend them.
